you get occational reload bonuses which are now at 25% rakeback, there is also a sign up deal on here where you get 30% rakeback but if you took a no deposit bonus or any other sign up offer then you would not be eligable for it.

This is basically bang on; except - you *can* become eligible for rakeback even after taking a no deposit / non-RB deal:
If you sign up without RB you will be required to rake $500+ per month for a few consecutive months and then you can get on a RB deal; although when I did this the initial deal I got was pretty lousy and it wasn't until I reach Platinum VIP that they offered my a flat 30% RB.
Short of it is: Never sign up any where without RB, no other bonus even comes close.
This is crappy isn't it??? You have to pay over 500$ rake for a few consecutive mounth to get rake back of 30% if I get it right? How many consecutive month and is the 30% rke-back top at some point? how musch rake back can you possibly make every monh?

Well, actually - you have to rake $500+ for consecutive months to get LESS than 30% RB, my deal after that was as follows:
I had to rake $2K+ per month for a few months before they gave me a flat 30% deal.
Regarding you much you can rake each month.. quite a lot really.. $500 a month is nothing, it's only 50K PKR Points, you can do it in a day or two if you hammer it hard enough.
------------ That said - some sites will never give you rakeback once you've signed up without it.. so it's not the worst.. But I definitely recommend signing up WITH rakeback, save yourself a lot of trouble.

Hmm just $500+ rake pe month for few consecutive month?? i think if they can they take 100% rake for every hand you play or if not 100% even 50% jessthehuman how much you play if you have $2K+ rake per month? and how much they pay you back?

No jess didnt get rake back on sign up. Had to earn his way to it by raking specific amounts. Check what he is saying. He was raking 500$ plus per month in order to achieve the deal he has now.

Well, I basically don't play anymore, I've only played 1 game in the last 5 or so weeks (PKR masters - woot cashed ).
But, to rake $2k a month, you have to play a fair a amount, depending on your stakes of course.. But you can get there playing a few hours of nl 25c/50c each day, for sure.
To rake $500+/mth, I would suggest playing at least nl 10c/25c, but you could could definitely get there playng just 5c/10c blinds, if you put in 4hrs or so each day..
Regarding how much you can get back, PKR have another special rakeback VIP rewards system (it isn't advertised) once you hit Platinum/Diamond - with this, my standard RB is around 45-55%, but if I include a deposit bonus as well, sometimes it can get as high as 70-80% RB
Minimum RB is around 35% which is the 30% RB + value of PKR points (also RB, worth about 5%).
If I raked $2K in a month, with VIP rewards/etc I would expect to get around $1K-$1.1K.

There are insta 30% rakeback in the past + extra rb with reload bonuses. The bonus is not easy to clear in the lower levels, but the software and the game structure are great.
