Rob Yong ( from Dusk Till Dawn )has taken some time to blog about the event. Although Rob is, ultimately, the man liable for the €600,000 overlay, he's remained positive in his summary of the event. Indeed, the stats show that out of the 708 unique runners, 428 were from the UK and the rest came from Europe and beyond. So, although the tournament lacked in depth, no one could argue that it didn't succeed fulfilling its promise of an international event. Rob also stated that the club spent "over €300,000 on promotions and overlays" in the lead up to the tournament, which was "double [their] original budget". Overall though, Rob said "players were full of praise for the set-up" and that he believes the ISPT are looking to host possible events in the "O2 Arena in Prague" and "one of Brazil's stadiums".

realistically 1st event was a huge failure, if they do have the courage to try again, i think they will take only one more shot- if they fail again ispt is history. 600K loss is hard to take especially considering all the effort put into organizing the event. nex time they better go for international toilets tour
