Hello beloved Mobsters. As a mobster to another mobster I wanted to share this. Pokerstars have a general twitter account (along with a Pokerstars account for every country). In the main twitter acount of Pokerstars they give every week something free away. It's called Friday Giveaway. All you need to do is reply with #Fridaygiveaway every week and see what they are asking for. This Friday the have following offer:
"Guess which country the winner of the World Record Tournament will be from, for your chance to win a $109 ZOOM ticket! #FridayGiveaway (1/2)"
"Tweet your guess before the tournament starts on Sunday, including #FridayGiveaway and your [PlayerID] One entry only please! (2/2)"
So basically if you guess the right country, you get a free $109 ticket to a ZOOM NL Hold'em tourney, so why not give it a try? Even if you don't have a twitter acount I thin it's worth to make one just for this. And they have it every week (some week better than the other).

Like this, tweet that.... At the end its all that companies that generating income for such pages like facebook. They keep doing promotions and they are doing so in facebook for example, while they have their own personal page up and running. Why, so that they get more likes at the end??? Almost every single company here when they run a promotion they put ti on facebook. Just silly.

Mober I totally agree with you that they do those promotions for their own sake and to prosper their business status. They want you to spread the news so that more people like them and by that become bigger as an entity. Other wise they will not have given those promotions. But hey, you have to think what you can extract from it, not what they earn from it. Eventually if you for example guess the right country - you have a $109 ticket for a tourney with which you can earn much more... And they run more promotions like that every week. You got nothing to lose...

Sure would be nice to take part in these type of things, but I'll wait patiently for the U.S. to get rid of Obama and the buttheads heading up the DOJ /GOP and we'll see what happens down the road here in another couple of years.

Come on! Russian player won it ! 109$ ticket for zoom tournament, awesome! And only for guessing a country lol It will be a dream to reach final table now. Never played a zoom tourney before, have no idea what it's like. Does anyone have some information about it?

You are right guys haven't give it a thought. Most chances they are gonna draw (like 3 people).
Now I am like: why didn't I then chose another country because many tweets said Russia. To have more chances to be drawn for a ticket...
But yeah I hope one of us gets a ticket, I thought everyone would get it with right answer. Sucks
------------ This is unbelievable. Just checked my mail and suddenly I see a twitter update from Pokerstars saying I have won the ticket for 109$. They drew me out of all players who guessed Russia too! I am usually not that lucky, really. I feel a bit overwhelmed. Now I have to win this tournament !!!!
