Hello, After days and days of tourneys, i finally got my ticket to the $1M Ultimate Freeroll from Trivia Freeroll.. After 3 times that i was close for it, now i got it. I got out on 79, 104 and 131. Now i was in top10 Big stack, so i just couldnt loose again the ticket. I had 25k chips , no good cards for a very long time, so i started to bluff. 3 bluffs and got almost 100k, 1 play A3 200k chips And then, sweet mother of poker gave me AK , raised 2xBB, got called by BB ( 280k chips ). Flop A K 5, raise 3xBB, got call, Turn 8 i go all-in, i got call, AK vs AQ , i win and then got the ticket after 40 mins later. 1-50 out of 14224 players.

Sh!t These tournaments are full of retards and donks and other species of idiots,and cannot play,most of the time at my table are idiots who go ALL-in with all crap and win.I hope there will be a special tournament for PSO members like they do everytime.

well to be honest this 1 million freeroll is gonna be another donkfest imo. at least blinds are 5 min compared to world record 3 min, but still way too many players. probably the only good thing about this freeroll is the payout structure, one double up, some time wasting & you can get a fiver for your efforts

Yes, it will be a donkfest, but if you can take money for free... 150k players, 39k+ payouts. Not so bad. Few pain/rage for some money. Alexandros, be patient there, play with strong hands. Its easy to get in 1st 500 if you managed to not get out from the begining, and then it will be easy to make a good stack. 2 hours and 20 mins and you got the ticket.

Nice prize for a freeroll but probably wont play it. First of all those trivia satellites are terrible... too few entries for such a donkfest ( if i want to play bingo i'll go to a bingo site. that s**t is just retarded and a complete waist of time). And the other option is also just silly. deposit $50 for a ticket... right... if i deposit then i'll play with it, i know that and pokerstars knows that.. then it's not a freeroll anymore is it?

It maybe be another donfest as you say but it really worth playing on it. You never know how things may come, and you may end up winning a big chunk of the money. Maybe that day will be the one you will be very lucky at playing poker And its free to enter also. Even with the deposit option, since you can cash out the money.

Hoe exactly they will take your money. Not that they are forcing you to play this tournament. You can choose to participate at it or not. If you deposit that 50$ you are saying to get the get, are there any playthrough requirements before you are eligible to cash out the money? Cause if there are then you can say this. If there arent....

I still can say it. We can tango here with rhetoric Mober but the bottom line is this: If they didn't expect you to spend/invest/risk with your deposit why would they force you to make one? Obviously not all will spend the deposit or even touch it, but it's like sending a kid to a candy shop with a bill on his pocket and expect him not to buy anything.

Criticism of PokerStars here is a bit unfair in my opinion. However difficult it is to qualify for, or the fact that you need to deposit $50 to get entry -- they are still giving away $1m for one tournament.
If I could deposit - I would... It's wrong to look at depositing money onto a poker site as "spending money". It's not - it's an opportunity to win money.

And again you are using the way forcing. Dont you find it kinda a strong word for this particular subject. As for the candy shop i was sent multiple times on buying chores as a kid and was told not to buy anything else by my own. Never bought a single thing.
Deposit same day that the tournament starts and then cash out when its over. Too much of temptation there and cant restrain yourself?

With a bit of luck, you can win an entry without depositing, yes it will be a pain in the ass in the freeroll with all those dunkeys and bingo queen, but it can be done. Im not a very stong player of poker but i still managed to take it, so you can do it too, need just to spend less than 2 and half hours for it. If you manage to stay in the table for 30 mins, thats just half of this, since the 30 mins will be very difficult, till most of the donkeys and bingo queen will be out. To play for a share of $1M without spending anything but time, its not so bad. I played and i think many of you played for the "Weekly round 2", its not easy to get the ticket, i spend even 8 hours and 20 mins there ( the minimum is 5 hours ), just for a ticket to $2k, just to play there and win nothing. The thing is you should try for it, even if it's a pain in the ass, maybe with some luck in that $1M Freeroll, you may catch 1 of the best day of your poker life, final table is not so low prizes. The thing with deposit is just to avoid the freerolls.

I opted for the easy way and i simply made the deposit lol
Frankly i do not have high expectations from this one but i could not say no to some free cash. Plus there is no rule for the 50 dollars i have deposited like generated rake, etc.

OK, instead of "force" one can say "want" as "if you want to play the free roll , they want to to either be extremely lucky or make a deposit."And you were a way more well behaved kid than I was lol.. In the end it sounds all very tempting and maybe, just maybe, I'll do like u said and deposit just before and withdraw right after. Just to screw with their expectations . It's a matter of principles lol no way I'll spend money to play a freeroll

best u can do id play when are under 18k registered at 1:00 EET u can cach even in last 300 lots of donkeys so u must be concentrate ,if u still can t win it just go for plan B and i hope u get whatu wish . Gl at tables and have fun.

I will for sure try my luck and play this one. But I will go the easy route and just deposit $50 to get the ticket. I don´t have the time (or nerves) to qualify through these Trivia freerolls.

From what pochui is saying there will be 150k entrants and 39k will be paid. So if you are lucky in a couple of hands you will be able to get in the money. Just keep watching for the free spots cause when you decide to be in it, it may be too late.
