Hello, fellow Mobsters (Sorry, had to.)
So, let's get straight to it. Yesterday, I downloaded Full TiltPoker from the $10 No Deposit Bonus link. They said they would deposit the said bonuses in 6-8 hours, it has been well over that, and I haven't received anything. So, after going to the Support section of our website, I stumbled upon something that said 'Request A Bonus.'
It says that I haven't requested for any bonuses. Now, I'm scared that I either haven't been deemed eligible for the bonus, or I did it wrong.
What is the point of this thread?
Can someone who already has received this bonus please tell me, or anyone who has this same problem in the future, what I did wrong, or what's happening? Because, truth be told, I'm getting a little scared here, which I think is unnecessary.

Here's a highlight from the text in the FAQ/Support, that I believe you read:
Most of our free poker bonuses require you to request them through BankrollMob, before we can process the bonus. Casino bonuses are usually instant and not handled by BankrollMob, so you will not find those in the list below. Please ask in our forum if you're in doubt whether or not if a bonus requires a request to be made.
Keyword "Most" highlighted, means that not ALL bonuses must be requested through our site. So that's why it's good that you ask in the forum, so I can give you a clear answer:
Full Tilt Poker does NOT require a "bonus request" to be submitted. We provide a unique link that you must follow, and after that, Full Tilt takes care of everything. Most other bonuses, requires you to submit a bonus request, which we will then manually process in cooperation with the poker sites, before a bonus can be issued - but that's not the case here.
Also for that reason, you need to contact Full Tilt directly and ask about your bonus
