Anyways, let's start: from hemp bast fiber you can make textiles, which is uv resistant & breathable: wearing hemp t-shirt at a poker table equates to an added 1% advantage on the flop.

The oil in pot seeds contains some of the highest quality and quantity of Omega 3 fatty acids and the meat of the seeds contain high quality protein equivalent to that of meat....
Like making popcorn from corn seed, you can make 'potcorn' from them to snack on while playing poker.......

I can't say that I use the sticky green stuff anymore, but there was a time when my trips to Europe for work was so exciting. When I'd get done with business at the Renault plant in Leon, France I'd be on the jet or train to Amsterdam.
There was also the times where my brother and I grew some of the tastiest skunk, Northern Lights, Afghan, Early Pearl, White Widow, etc. in this part of the country. It's something I really enjoyed, but the punishment in Indiana isn't worth these risks at my age. I mean one loses their job with a failed urinalysis and the laws are totally stupid for this when compared to alcohol there's no comparison. No one ever blacked out on even the best bud that I know of.

Finally a thread on a topic I know something of.....as I am a lousy pokerplayer and an even worse gambler, have no clue on technical issues and dont know more then the average 4 year old on computer programms....
I do know a thing or 2 on the great green herb. But there are people who know a lot more and are much better at saying what I want to say, so for this I give U this link.
If U do not know this documentry I would really recoment it, as it tells U some interesting FACTS.
Why is alcohol, wich kills more people worldwide every year then cancer, socially completly accepted and Cannabis what actually heals or stabilizes a great amount of illnesses and further doesnt really cause any harm, still a criminal offence in the mayority of the world.....
Even in my Country laws are changing under pressure of the E.U. Besides Amsterdam and Amsterdam it is no longer possible for foreingers to visit the coffeeshops...what are they so afraid of???? Have A Nice Day

Yeah... it's very very bad...
I think that the worst addiction in the world is smoking cigarettes... It's s**t, because if you smoke, you poison you, but also you poison other people! It should be banned forever!
Marihuana and common are pretty good, because: - it helpful with some diseases - you don't poison other people - it gives your country a lot of in taxes
So I don't know why so many countries (includes mine), ban it, and chase people who smoke, or even have milligrams of this... It's so sad... Furthermore, bandits and criminal groups make very big money on it... Why my government is so stupid??? They simple gives a lot of to bandits...

well i see this thread has picked some momentum here's another great use of cannabis/hemp & it's relation to poker: Hemp produces a large amount of biomass, which can be converted into ethanol to be used as fuel as an environmentally friendly alternative to toxic petro-chemicals. That means that you can put some hemp fuel into your car & go to your live poker session- that alone increase your chances of winning by ~2.5%

Well pal I think this is gonne be the longest thread ever..... I just looked on a few sites and they say that there are over 50.000 ways to use hemp.... FIFTY THOUSAND
The most interresting fact I saw ( besides smoking the female flowers ) is that one acre off hennep plants will give U enough resources to build a complete house in 14 weeks.... And no worries bout the construction, as hemp is used to make concrete aswell.....
In relation to use for poker , we dont even need that fuel.. as U can build your own pokerroom or even a complete casino of this brilliant plant.... and that makes it a home match what give U at least another 5% extra chance on winning

How to distinguish male from female?
Males have balls....lol...seriuosly Back in the day growers used to seperate the males (or destroy them) from the females so the males would not pollinate the females. The reason for this was to reduce or elinimated the seed production of the females.

How to distinguish male from female?
There are 2 ways to see the diffrences between male and female plants, as Rbdflyboy said the male plants do have balls..... at the point where a branch start at the stem ( like an armpit) the mail plants show a little ball. female plants on the other hand show at the same place a little hair..
At the end of the growperiode as the blossom period start( and u change the light scheme), the flowers of the female flower show even more hairs.
U can see the diffrence on the next to pictures... first is female second male.

Wow so many uses for a plant that is considered harmful by society ( read economist lobbies if you will) to human health. to me i have to be honest, even thou i believe it might make good rope or fuel or clothes or medicine.... i just like to smoke it
