This year's main event kicked off on Saturday with the first of three starting flights (1a, 1b & 1c). Day 1 A gathered close to a thousand players (943). There were a few known faces that was seated during the first day such as "Joe Cada, Pius Heinz, Olivier Busquet, Brian Rast, Justin Bonomo, Elio Fox and Ivan Demidov". Not as many top players names as we should have expected but still the competition seems to be pretty good and it will def be interesting to see how things will work out in the next days
I think on this edition of WSOP we had tons of new names which is awesome!

I'd really like to see Doyle Brunson take another big one down. He's still in it and I hope he takes at the very least a top five out of it. I just wish there were more live coverage on these events so one could watch it on the tube.
