Has anyone here made a successful deposit on Ball poker? This is the fourth day with multiple attempts and no joy. Last small site where this many problems occurred they shut down six months later and ran with all deposits. If anyone here has made a successful deposit, please, tell me how you did it. The first deposit bonus code is bogus even when one clicks on the link from here. Have a roll on there now and am never going to see that money. Don't expect any help from support either. The replies at best are dam right insulting if not degrading. Have earned 12E in freeroll winnings and 20E in cash table and tourney cashes. Thought maybe one could transfer from Play2b to Revolution, doesn't work either. If all remains the same then will be blowin' off the money earned very soon....just have to play real loose.

that's what I noticed I think you have to request a bonus code from support at your pokersite that's all I can think of is that you get it from ball pkr support .....................

That would be fine except can't deposit without the bonus code either...it does say in the T&C one has thirty days to enter a valid code. Asked Ball support about it and got a bums rush answer
Another problem is one can't deposit directly from either client, one gets redirected to the online cashier and suspect that cashier is broken. Was going to attempt a deposit on Revolution...decided against it. Don't want to play on the Cake network atm.

I'm sorry for you flyboy, my experience there is completely different: - support answer properly all my questions and believe me when I say I asked and am still asking a lot of questions (it's a way I use to test who I have to dela with) - deposited without any single problem € 80 trought Skrill/moneybooker at this page
Now I asked a withdrawal of € 350 on july the 5th and I'm currently waiting for money to come.
I will be happy to help you if I can: just ask here what you are not answered from support...but, i repeat myself, they answered properly all my questions ...much better than on other pokerrooms I played.

I have been playing at Ballpoker and didnt have any problema untill today! The support is fast to replay at leaast for the times i contacted them, and i didnt had any problem deppositing Money in my account as well i didnt had any problem cashing out from the account too! Actually iam enjoying playing at play2b, for me its being long time i didnt enjopyed so much playing online poker! And another thing that makes me hasppy is that the site is growing alot lately!

Didn't noticed you at the table. I use to multitable as much as possible there so tables are so minimized I hardly can read screennames and betsizes but just the cards (4 colours deck ftw). btw: what's your screenname

Just responded to their reply...have to wait now. Like playing there myself, and is the reason for depositing. Haven't had any problems depositing anywhere else for that matter. They've done some system upgrades and now the online version works much better. Tried the download version again today...it still takes a long time to load, at least now it does load. Not like Stars and Tilt even Revolution are instant. Going to give them until the weekend to sort this out, If it's not done by then will be pulling out.

share with you same sensations, recently I was loosing interest in poker (above all because of segregations of italians players by themselves due to italian laws) so decided (thx to BRM) to have a try at ballpoker and I'm enjoying it a lot.
some questions for you Kino: what's your screenname (mine is the same as here) what do you play (me mostly cash NL5 and sng 6-handed but depends on the promos they offer every month) how long it takes for money to reach your pockets after withdrawal request?
They have their tech team working on it now. maybe in a day or so they'll have it sorted out. Been playing NH10 & NL20 6 max along with 20 EUR Guarantee and freeze out Mtt's. Trying the MTT Leaderboard as well.

I havent ever heard of a poker site having problems with deposits. All the problems are occurring somehow when you are trying to cash out.
If i was you, after that sign i would go for a cash out at once with the rest of the money. On the other hand though it seems there members here you had never had problems and everything is running smoothly. Tough choice if you ask me
Ballpoker has the worst software byfar way too slow and there cashout restrictions are the worst wager 5x the winnings compared too pokerstars were yu finish top 30 in leaderboard its yours too cashout or play on only problem with pokerstars is too many players playing for pennies too dumb or stupid too register with bankrollmob

yea I have to agree with vic75 ballpkr really sucks pokerstars aint that bad I like pokerstars its the only site I really trust to deposit on ..............................................................

You don't have to worry about Ballpoker. Their support is probably part of the network they are on, but still, that doesn't give the support staff permission to be rude, if that is the case. Hopefully you just caught one of them on a bad day and that's it

Thought they were not understanding me so rephrased some questions and received good replies. The frustrating part here is the question of not being able to deposit wasn't being addressed....don't think initially it was taken seriiously. If they sort it out fine....if not...now, have a bunch of play EUR money. It's a strange problem. It's a good little site, more BRM'ers play there, and they offer good value MTT's. Stopped playing the freerolls altogether...made 12E and need to rake 60E.... so far have 6.25. The reply to this was it doesn't affect any bonus it's base on rake. Have a ways to go. It's been swingy and fun tripling from there. As Mober says it's unusual to encounter this type of problem, usually the reverse is true. Got me thinking if it's possible to reverse deposit by depositing from Skrill to Ball instead of withdrawing from Ball. Still waiting to hear back from the Tech team.

Even if that was the problem it took way long to be resolved. Someone would think that they had to give you priority, since your problem involved deposit. They dont want money coming in real fast ?
