Reason for rejection:
Your bonus has not been credited due to missing details on your winner account. Please complete account registration and re-submit your bonus request.

I don't know what i'm missing here. I wrote the bonus code correctly and followed every single step with caution. I filled everything on my winner account. Help?

ohh tony assist is needed where are you from first of all you might not be eligible for the bonus if your in certain country .......................................................... Question Thumbs Up

Yeah, i checked that, that offer was shown as available offers for my country (honduras).

Did they include a link to the registration page? If not u'll need to try from a My Account tab in the client to access your info and add what is missing...could be something as simple as a cell number. This has happened to me b4. Don't use a cell myself so using the same number in both fields usually solves the problem. Just make sure before you click submit all the fields with a * have an entry.

Actually, i didn't fill the cellphone, after i fill it, what do i have to do next?, btw thanks for the help.

Just make sure everything else is filled in that has a check or * beside the field. You may have to re enter your p/w and such, then submit or edit the new info. Smile

When your approved on the site then you'll have to go back to the page here where you signed up for the NDB and register your user name. You'll then receive an email and Mobmail form BRM saying your good to go. Generally takes 2-5 days depending on how busy Admin is. Is this what you need to know?

Hold on... i'm getting confused... when i'm approved on what site?, what do you mean by "register your username"?. My actual status says: "Rejected - You can not get this bonus".

Then i received the mail i stated on the first post;
"Reason for rejection:
Your bonus has not been credited due to missing details on your winner account. Please complete account registration and re-submit your request."

k...in order to receive the NDB you must successfully sign up at Winner. Once that step is completed you come back here and complete the NDB request by entering your user name on the page your directed to after you click on the Request Bonus tab.
You haven't really lost out on the NDB, Winner is giving you another shot at it. That said, you won't receive the NDB automatically after being approved by Winner, you must complete step 2 here.
The email and Mobmail you receive from BRM will confirm the NDB is in your Winner account. That can take between 2-5 days. Blink

I just got a bonus on Gala, You need to set up winner account with full address details and so on, then come back to Bankrollmob click on winner NDB click on request bonus then enter your new winner username.. Smile

Ok... but i already signed up at winner poker (2 days ago) and i can access my account, also checked my profile and everything is filled. I re-requested the bonus with the "request bonus tab" but it returned this after clicking the button:

Your bankroll request has been denied, as you have already requested this bonus once!

Your current bonus request status is: Request REJECTED - no payment will be made!

So i can not re-request it, because i already requested it 2 days ago and they sent me the email that said that i haven't completed my registration at winner poker.

What a mess!! Once Winner processes your account and clears you, you should still be able to get the NDB unless we're missing something here. Have received NDB's from here and never a problem....wait until Friday, that'll be 5 days, if it hasn't been sorted by then send BRM support a ticket from here. You should reply to the Winner support email and ask them if you account is now in order and/or what more needs be done. GL luck with this

If its rejected maybe its because you already made na account on winner poker before and the system detected your ip or your email adress!
This is me guessing not sure if its correct!

That's not possible kinogomes, because you can not make 2 accounts with the same e-mail address and that i remember of... i've never played on "winner poker", not even heard of it until now.

Thanks for you patience rbdflyboy, i'll wait the time you estimate, if i don't get any further notification i'll just give up, it's not a big deal though.

If you haven't had an account there before it must have been that you went onto their site before you used the BRM link. Which would mean you already had cookies from winner which needed to be deleted. I would contact winner support, and BRM support, otherwise it will go on forever.

Yeah, it's a posibility what you said because i followed each step as it was shown. First step was to visit winners' poker web page, then download and register... etc etc. Thanks for the help.

Hi,
I also have the same problem. I received a following message from BankrollMob:

"Your request for $200 at Winner Poker has been rejected by our payment team.
Reason for rejection:
Please complete your account registration at winner poker and re-submit your bonus request to us again."

I'm registered correctly at Winner Poker. My all personal details are correct and only my e-mail adress at Winner Poker is different than my e-mail at BankrollMob. May it be the cause that I didn't receive bonus?

Since OP is not the only one that got this strange message i guess admin should chime in and clear things up...

If you ask me the message does not make too much sense, it could be a error.

Maybe you didn't register a player alias or something like that? We often see that even though people have signed up, registered their details etc., they haven't yet created a poker alias/username, and often, if that doesn't exist, the player either can't be found or can't receive the bonus.

I've create alias during the registration and I think that I've done everything correctly, so I don't know what's wrong.
