Does anyone know of anyway to contact Full Tilt poker? Email, phone or even carrier pigeon. Already regretting setting up an other account with them after what happen the last time with the player funds.. Deposited Yesterday, the transaction was accepted and it shows on my Bank account balance but no funds in account.. I understand that sometimes things go wrong but its really annoying that i'm finding it this hard to contact someone to get it sorted.. i may just leave the money and that will be me done with them. you would think after what's happened in the past they would make things easy for people. Any suggestion would be appreciated guys Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap!

If you paid via bank account and not a card thats attached to that cards you could expect up to couple of working days until the money will be in your account!

With a card or e-wallet the payment is instant but not when you are using bank transfer.

Paid via Bank card it normally goes through straight away. Cheers for the email address mate its much appreciated

Maybe a faster way to do things next time, is if you have a PokerStars account,...and money gets transferred from your bank to PS instantly,...is send it to PS, then from there to Full Tilt via transfer through 'paired accounts'...

If you don't have paired accounts,...hook them up. There might even be some sort of bonus for doing so... Smile

Makes Duplicate account. Deposits funds. Runs to free bankroll forum to whine when account doesn't show funds. Wondering what you'll think when they lock your account because you have already got one.

But you should know that bank transfers are never instant.
They are the slowest ones after cheques by mail.

Their contact details are all over their site, wonder how you couldnt find anything.

You say you set up another account with them, that is the problem, the deposit has probably gone into the old account . since you probably had your bank account set up with that one, try logging into your old account and see if it's there. and if tilt catches on they'll close both accounts.

If you paid with the card he transfer should indeed be instant, i guess it's better to contact them and wait for an answer!

I also run on windows 7 and all poker sites inclusive full tilt poker works perfectly...

It aint a Duplicate account idiot its a new account the old one is closed not by my doing but fulltilts.. came here for contact details which i got and now the issue is sorted. Money in account and its not going to be locked fanny.

When i was referring to an old account it was one before the hole player fund thing and they could not retrieve my account or something so i was free to open a new one. I checked on the website and all it gave me was FAQ with no other contact method anyway its all sorted now money credited, tourneys/cash games played and finally money lost so turn out a good investment lol

I am afraid you are very misinformed. You are not permitted to open a second account with Full Tilt under ANY circumstances, and should they become aware you have more than one account, they will likely close one or both of the accounts.

You are never "free" to open a second account at Full Tilt, and whoever told you that you can is talking utter crap.

Actually that's not entirely true. I was in a similar position after FT re-opened, couldn't reactivate the old account. After 3 weeks of emailing support, and both them and me trying to sort it out, I finally lost patience and opened a new account under a new email address. I then immediately informed them of what I'd done via emails from both the old and new email accounts.

I received an email from support within ten minutes apologising for the problem and informing me that it would be ok to go ahead and use the new account and they would close the old one for me.

All that said it probably did help that I hadn't played any real money games on the old account.

I understand what your saying mate, normally you are not allowed to open multiple accounts with any poker site but this was pre agreed as my account was no where to be found after fulltilt re opened.

Since two BRM members here saying it has happened i dont see the reason for this to be bs.
Lots of things can happen and its in the poker sites discretion to allow you to open another account.

I'm alot of things but one thing i'm not is a liar.. What makes you think it BS? what would i have to gain from taking s**t? Normally the one who finds it hard to trust other is due to the BS he talks there for thinks everyone is a liar
