Bwin.party revealed that their license applications for New Jersey were at an advanced stage in preparation for a November launch “regulations permitting”, and that they intend to run both poker and casino products in the state “as soon as the market regulates”. Bwin.party stated that they are on track to submit their license application in New Jersey ahead of the deadline this month.
Two firms have been charged formally with breaking the laws on poker in the US. Party Poker and Pokerstars. They both cough up huge sums of money to the DOJ in the US, and lo and behold, the first two poker sites trying to get a license in the US are the two that "bribed" the DOJ into not prosecuting them.
Its corruption on a massive scale and the DOJ is happily going along with it as long as the poker sites cough up huge sums of money.
That's why I've closed my accounts with Full Tilt, Pokerstars, Bwin and Party Poker. Its so corrupt.
THousands of players got screwed up by these firms and they carry on as if nothing happened, and the US governernment is letting them get away with it as long as they pay huge sums of money which not one player will ever get one cent of..

The way it goes they will regulate poker in most states and still they will owe the american players rge money from Full Tilt. Just pathetic, not that anything better was expected here.

Got to love the U.S. A. if your a crooked government official free loading on the taxpayers right along with the 80% that don't actually need welfare, they just don't wantto work. Then Obama's old lady spends over 2 million on vacations alone, but made it clear it wasn't taxpayers money and our fkin broadcastors (another 80%) are crooked and defend this crap.
