Even wih QQ shoving is not the best play.

High pocket pairs are nice t have but especially pocket 10 s J s and Q s are costly on the long term if you don t play them correctly.

Thes pocket pairs are easily beaten by a highcard on the flop (ace or king) and they only get bette when hitting a set.

So right play is to raise or 3-bet but watch out ostflop, continuation bet is good play there but watch out if you are getting caled or reraised

Yeah just called and if low cards on the board you can think of betting/shoving, but with high cards you are probably behind because people like to play high cards.

But as played i think it is a good play, why? well you have about 6bb left, with the blinds at 400, so shoving is the right play..you can't call because you will basically be committed on the flop and by shoving you have some fold equity!

Cheers

I really do not like you play there mate...

I mean it was prob okay to just do a 3bet, probably on that flop with a contibet you could have easily take the pot Blink

Well, the good think is that you have more experience now Smile
