Hi can anyone tell me why I have not received my free no deposit bonus on Gala. It says in my email from BRM that it has been approved but still nothing on Gala. I asked Gala who said I need to speak to BRM. I have sent email to BRM support few days ago but no reply and getting very frustrated!!! Can someone please advise me on how to get it activated?
