I don`t understand how you can get so upset over something that`s FREE. It`s not like someone took something away from you. Just be patient and I`m sure it`ll all clear up. And CHILL, man!
iam in the same boat as you iam singwed u for betfred poker for a week and i sent my id for verication and they sent me a email saying its verfied but still dident get my bounes .. i even used the chat for help and the person i was talking to said ohh u shoud recive it within 24-48 hours and i waited for 3 days and still no bounes i then contacted them and they said i shoul have it in another 24 hours .. and i beggining to thik they are full of beans .. iam pissed .. i think its false advertisment ..ill post again on monday if i gets the bounes or not

Sometimes you must wait a few days. There are a lot of players who want a free bonus. Normally you need the ID check before you make the first withdraw.

Been a few days now after the 24-48 hour period it should've taken according to the promotion description. The support does not even answer me when I ask if there is an issue with the promotion, all I get is either wait a moment, hold on or nothing.
No real answer yet, I guess the live support can't help you speed up the process nor provide you any information, all one can do is wait patiently.
