There isn't a site that does it. No one will trade paypal because its just too untrustworthy.
You are trying to get hold of money from absolutely anywhere, and the real problem isn't how much money you can put into your poker account, its the fact that when you do deposit, you lose it all.
I would seriously suggest you have a long look at how you play the game, then come back. No doubt you've had all the free bonuses you can get, and lost them all. That should tell you something.
Just accept that you cannot deposit, stick to freerolls. At least that way you won't end up losing everything..

good advice fcumred i never risked with big ammounts but still now i try to improve my game and have fun with freerolls i coulda use some guy who would hit me with something when i want to risk too much

You could just simply deposit your skrill acount to a pokersite of your choice and after a little of play (or nothing at all) ask a withdrawl to your paypall account...
