Hey guys,

im having trouble getting this $5 no deposit bonus from fulltilt via bankroll mob..

My account has been approved and when i go to request the bonus, it tells me i have to remove my cookies... so when i go to remove my cookies and such it still tells me the same thing and i cannot go any further..

anyone know what might be causing this issue?

Im on google chrome also

Contact their support. They usually help quite quickly.
You can try from a different computer to see whether it makes a different.
I got the 5$ last time they gave it. Build myself a bankroll of 72$, before losing it all

where can i contact their support.. atleast like a livehelp or an email ? because they only offer video tutorials for everything and i cant seem to get around this issue

Since you are getting that warning about the cookies, try and use another web browser.
Also try and remove anything from your computer like cache and stuff, and before trying again restart
your computer.

I used a different browser (firefox) and it appeared to work .. it took me to the fulltilt page and i downloaded the software and created my account...

so is there anything else i should do before i receive the money?

According to the bankroll's page you need to wait about 6 hours to get the tickets in your account.
If that is not the case (they have fast support) i believe you should have them by tomorrow.
So relax and wait Smile

Glad you managed to get over that problem, the only thing you have to do now is to wait Smile

Usually that bonus is given really fast but it's summer time so you could end up waiting couple of days.
