error made when tired  0
Playing 8 game mtt last night .. made final tabel in 6th spot low on chips but changed gear and went for chips or bust and got myself into chip leader position.

Down to final 4 and was playing the 2-7 triple draw against one other player who raised pre ... hit a 8 low on last card after calling his bets on each draw ... he bet out on last card and i called ... but just as i clicked the call button realised i should have reraised as he had only 2,700 chips left and i was pretty confident i was ahead ... but being tired didnt cop how litttle chips he had left till too late.
Anyway won the hand and he was crippled ... and then he won next few hands and was back in the game lol

eventually i made Heads up ... and yes it was against him lol ...

and then i lost lol lol

wonder how things would have being if i had raised that hand and had knocked him out in 4th ... but these things happen when your tired ....

You can never know. Maybe if he was out, someone would've knocked you out even earlier. I had a miss-click yesterday, when I wanted to call the blinds and pushed the call button exactly at the time the guy before me went all-in and knocked me out of the tournament. I was going pretty well until that hand and was really pissed at myself

had that happen to me a few times now i never click before 1 sec of my turn xd relax take it easy that mistake cost me 16$ once i got 0,80$ from a friend 2 hours l8ter i was on the table with 16,50$ i know i shouldve left but i was playing very good at the time and was feeling good anyway in a smal pot of like
30cents the guy suddently raised all in 23$as i grab my mouse (my hand was off it) my mouse was on the raise button spot where the button changes to call all in i grab my mouseand accidently clicked my money was in before i realized Sad boom 16$ gone learned 3 things that day always focus on the screen while playing never have your mouse anywhere close to where a button is and never sit at a table with all your bankroll Big Smile (although it only starded with 0,80 cents and after i got to 2 bucks it was a straight play to 16$ Big Smile Big Smile Big Smile

Unlucky Photo but still a good finish. How much did you win if you mind me asking?

Been in such situations more than a few times.
Its like karma hitting back lol.
You can knock a player out of a tournament, you decide not to participate in the specific hand,
only to see that you had it after all.
And after a point in the game, you are in an all in situation, with the player you could have kicked
out. My thoughts at that point is,.... thats it im out.
Nine out of ten times in such a situation i lose the hand. Smile

made $26.84 for second ... 1st got $49 which would have being nicer ... nearly had it playing a razz hand down to last card and i had a 8 low he showing 9 low and nearly his full stack in but last card he hit a 7... grr to take the hand and then went down hill for me lol

------------
just finished this evenings one ... came 4th ... and 6 paid so cant complain ...

How does that saying go....'If a butterfly flaps its wings on the other side of the Earth,...would it cause a hurricane on the other'...?

Well using that analogy,....it looks to possibly be true concerning your hand! It's like playing tether-ball,....and the ball comes back around to nail you in the head after giving it a good whack... Big Smile

Still a chance you may not have originally knocked him out. That would depend if he called or not!

Don't feel bad though dude... It happens.... I've not been paying attention before due to being tired,...and have payed the price a LOT worse.... Sleepy

At least you salvaged a reasonably nice take from it... Smile Thumbs Up

Probably you would have busted him with that hand and he was out of the game lol

I know a tired man is as dangerous when he drives as a drunk one, maybe it's the same with poker.

I actually play better when I drink (not wine, that just make me too sleepy). While drinking I'm much more relaxed and with a good mood. For me it works.
When I played live it was funny to see the way people looked t me drinking whiskey while playing like I'm some kind of a weirdo.

Lately I seem to play my best poker not just when I am tired, but when I actually fall asleep.

The last two games I have played on my mobile while in bed I have come way up in the money having fallen asleep part way through only to wake up and still be in the game.......wonder what would have happened if I was awake all the time? Probably have lost AA against 72o or something early on!!! LOL

I believe every singles one that plays tournaments often had an early exit from one with pocket
Aces.
Its the hand you mostly wait to double up or get some extra chips, and after a couple of
seconds you realise it was the one that messed you up Smile

thats because the more people call the higher the chance is you'l lose thats why AA or KK is always played agressive

I've done this very thing and then later on as the player makes the comeback I pay the price for not putting them allin. It's funny how that kind of stuff happens in poker. It's like a "I'll teach You a Lesson" for playing like an idiot previously in the hand when you should have taken them out..

After a Long playing time it is normal to risk more at at the beginning of a tourney. Position and stacksize are verry important, but the Feeling for the table also. Better a risky move than a short stack without some Options.
