on the 8 i made my deposit sinds then im waiting for my money.
The last update they told me that they have an waiting list regarding my lost payment.
So im not the only one with this SHi#@#.

What deposit method did you use ?
I think they just didn't get your $$$ till now, so how can you blame the poker room for that ?

Internet banking.
They have the PDF of the transfer already.
My bank told me that it`s already on the bank account of fulltilt.
I send all the papers and transfer pictures already and now they say there is an waiting list for more people with the same problem.

And i know i could take some time but this is nuts..

Such cases are very rare and i wonder if its possible to lose money in such a transaction.
The good thing is that it happened on Full Tilt, so your chances of finally getoong your money are

I guess this is a really good reason to stop using banks when dealing with poker sites and make a skrill account for that!

Please note that the processing time you are referring to, is the time it maximally take for a successful deposit to be credited on your Full Tilt Poker account. That is, when the deposit is sent correctly. In your case it's obvious that something went wrong and an investigation is started after confirming the money did not arrive on our account. This investigation is not easy, and thus it might take longer than you expect. Our payments team work hard to find your deposit, but it also depends on our payment processors.

Julian, I understand you want your more. Bear in mind, we want happy customers. If we could solve this issue quicker, we would have. As mentioned it's not all about us, but also our payment processors. Sending us multiple emails will not speed up your process in any way. Please stop doing this, as it might lead to even more delay in answering your query.

Well I still have $168.00 on the site and it should be drawing interst since if were the other way around I'd have to pay interest. Anyway my point being is, if there's anyway you can get them to transfer it into your account you can have it. I know they won't, but my account name was guess? on pokerstars you dont need to make deposit for withdrawing. On fulltilt you need to make deposit first to make avaliable withdraw method. Best way (I am telling from my experience) is to use neteller. You can withdraw from pokerstars anytime you want from there. On fulltilt you need to deposit at least 10$, then after that you can withdraw anytime you want.

From the email correspondance you have provided here in BRM it looks that they are doing the right job asking you for verification and blocking your account also.
You provided different names and you had multiple accounts too.

They closed the second account already before the trouble that they lost my money..
I told they that they could close one ofcourse.
They finally find my money back later and because they could not give me one reason what happend i was really angry.
And had to send alot of emails !
After that they find my money back the same day they closed my account.
Now that they have the paper work my account is working again.
Not even sorry or what happend..
I still want at least compensation and a excuse from them!
