I think after creating your account you need to contact Full Tilt support in
order to get credited with the tickets.
Have you done that so far?

If everything was done correct you'll definately get the tickets...

I got a sign up bonus there and there was no problem. I got some money right away,...and a day or so later a few tickets to ring games and sit n goes. Those tickets you only get 24 hours after you have used one of each type...

As mentioned above,...message them. Even if you did things wrong,...they still may give you the credits anyhow. I know PokerStars has in the past. They're owned by the same parent company! Thumbs Up
