G'day mates
What in the seven hells is wrong with a government department who has a policy of financially penalizing a person for trying to be open and honest with them. I had some unexpected money drop into my lat Dec 4th,2013. Never expected it and so it was an incredible windfall to me. I try to live my life by a personal code of honor, so I do the right thing and inform the government department here locally that I just got granted my appeal settled with the federal government and starting in December I was going to be receiving a CPP Disability. The appeal also meant I was getting a $9000 payment for owed back pay. The local NB government then informs me that I will then owe them all the money which they paid out too me since receiving there help from Oct 2013 to present because if I had been on CPP disability I would not have qualified for their help. What the Fcuk, I try to be honest and they penalize me for telling them the truth and being honest? Why the hell would they expect people to tell them the truth, if that is how they screw people over for being honest? Ok sorry needed to vent. Merry Xmas Be cool
