Poker player and blogger John Mehaffey demoted Lock Poker from a D- to an F in his venerated monthly payment processing report.
“The oldest Western Union is from February and the oldest check dates back to December. There have been some reports of withdrawals being processed faster than this so the average for Western Union withdrawals is about 4-5 months, while checks are arriving in 7-8 months. This is far slower than competitors on other networks.”
Lock Poker recently launched a private support forum open only to players who have paid $100 or more in lifetime rake.

7-8 months to wait for a cashout is a a huge no-no if you live out of online poker...

I imagine what the people that post threads here that they did not get the FREE money in one week would say in a case like that, i guess they would Aww crap! Aww crap! Aww crap!

If it takes that long to get paid, i dont see the reason keep playing in that site.
Its way too long even for a cheque.
You just risking not to get paid at all at the end, so for serious players is a site that will start
to avoid some time soon if they havent already.

I guess the only reason for which for a period of time players continued to play there was because it accepted US players.

Still those cashout terms are unacceptable especially if you live out of playing poker Thumbs Down
