This hand from WCOOP rd1 FreeroII.
I don't know why I did it. It's so stupid move, because it's bubble. 50 entries and I finished at 61th place. It's so sick Sad
I just turned off my logic at that moment and made mistake once again.
My intuition has always spoils my game.

how did you lose that hand?

M = 3... Only 11 players to go out of 61, and your're almost on the button again...
Just fold into the money, and let the clock run out on every hand...

LOL... so so bad.. This is how you DON'T.. EVER.. play an MTT. So bad.

EDIT: lol - no, I'm the idiot, a bit drunk, I missed that it was a satellite.. folding to a ticket in a sat is obv a good idea, if you can do it. Playing hands in a sat, if you dont have to, is moronic.

Exactly, I see so many big stacks play hands like AA/KK/AK when they can win by folding every hand.. I laugh so much when they get cracked and miss a ticket, because they have an ego too huge.

G'day mate

Truly I feel your pair.
Most definately been there myself.
I know I should just fold my way into the money but sometimes I get a hate on for a player and throw out my logic and try to take out the other player who for whatever reason I now dislike.
Been knocked out of many tournaments thinking that way.
Trying real hard now not to let anyone or any hand bother me so I play good poker.
best of luck to you.
be cool

Play tight if In the money important for you otherwise I would recommend learning how to exploit the bubble stage, lots of people tends to tighten up and you can loosen up your pushing range etc.

Anyway to becomes good at it, you will have to learn push/fold and also know how the dynamic moving on the table.

I just fold to ITM since im inexperienced but I can assure you that I see people pushing any two when they see the bubble coming because they know how to.

Cheers im a beginner at MTT, good luck!

Pushing on the bubble is a good idea (I often bubble but the big wins make up for it.

However, this is a satellite and he would have made the ticket position by folding so folding was the only real option here

Indeed, pushing makes no sense. In a normal MTT you should push more hands if you
wanna reach the finale table more often.

but in a sattelite your only goal at the bubble should be to survive.
It does not matter if you have 1 chip or 1 million chips, you just win your ticket
