Hi Ronin, I offered some funds to you on 888 last week when you seemed to be sputtering on all cylinders, and if ever you want to take me up on it I am still good for it. I do not currently have funds on any other site so I cannot do any transfers on other sites. All I ask if you take me up on the offer is that you pay me back the original amount if you do well (just not against me ). If you end up blowing the roll then no problem, it was an offer out of friendship and not seeking to make a fortune on your skills.

Going to think about some things and deal with some real life BS I will still be dropping in to BRM The idea I had about maybe doing a staking run is most likely not going to be pursued. The big news today is that I just put in an application to become one of the BankrollMob official bloggers for 2014. I made the final decision last night that I did indeed want to do this. Well I have about 4850 mobpoints at the moment, if you re interested I could sent them to your netteller or skrill account next week. (could take some time with the holidays, I think Tony has to buy some gifts for his family)
I would suggest if you also add 50 $ , I ll be satisfied with 30 % of the profit as you do all effords to let this bankroll grow.
Just follw your bankrollrules and you can chose : - the time-period (begin and end date). - the format you wanne play (SNG,ring,..) ---> better avoid zoom tables - if you want a bigger start BR you can always add others who want to do a stake
Maybe start a poll : Who wants to support (financial) Ronin for his new challenge.

Well I currently have over 5000 mob points which I could cash out at any time. I also have an extra $100 at my disposal from other poker winnings I does not matter to me mate if we do it over a one month or three month time frame. I will however insist that it be a totally fair exchange of partnership risk and rewards. So if it is going to just be the two of us I will insist that all the profit is split 50/50. If a third person wants in as well their cost would need to be equal to ours and we will all get an equal share of all profits. I do not demand that you or anyone take a smaller share when you are investing the same amount I am going to invest. Sorry mate I just feel that it is the right way to do things. Well to be honest I was thinking the the pokerstars site is the best site for this type of thing to be done at. The reason is the sheer volume of players who are playing there 24/7. No matter what level you want to play at there is always a table or tourny running or about to run. site traffic can be a problem on other sites including 888. Regardless I am very hopeful that it will work out to everyone's satisfaction. I give you my word that during the entire time that we are doing this combined challenge that I will stick to exacting bankroll management rules and NOT mess around. If at any time you think I am doing something you do not like then you can ask for your investment back immediately. I will not leave any of my own extra money on the site. I will transfer all extra funds from my Stars account into my fulltilt account so 100% of the money in the PStars account will be owned equally be those of us involved. Wow what a long post for 0 mob points LOL be cool

You might want to reconsider your offer when you read the rest of this post. Time for an update. Ok the down swing which began on Friday the 13th continued today. There was a point when I got dealt pocket aces on table and pocket kings at the same time on another. Two premium starting hands at once on 2 of my 3 tables. I was on the button with the kings and there was a bet in front of my in the cut off seat by a Russian who had been stealing blinds non-stop the same guy was on all 3 of my tables and hyper aggressive he raises to 0.08 and I bet over top him to 0.15 to isolate him. My table rep is a TAG but solid player, both blinds folded, he shoves all in pre flop and I called. He turns over a jack 4 suited and hits 2 two pair, kings cracked 1 full buy in gone. The Aces get taken out when he again shoves all in preflop and I called, he shows more crap 9 6 off suit and makes a striaght, another full buy in gone. One my 3rd table I was card dead for 3 full orbits and just paying the blinds so I got up and left to take a break. Current bankroll is now just $1.91 USD
Not worries though as I can make a deposit any time I choose to right now I got both mob points and cash at my disposal . best wishes to you all be cool

I have been asked " so how did you come up with the name "Ronin Harper".
Ok it's like this... Ronin Harper was the name of one of my favorite AD&D characters. Ronin might even be my favorite character of all time, I really would be hard pressed to choice between him and a character named "Remick Aragon". Remick was a Fighter I played for years starting way back in the 70's and Ronin was from 2005 - 2009.
The two characters were both larger then life and the tend to get exagerated becuse II keep reusing both names now for different games and as character in my books and short stories. In fact Remick Aragon is the name of the character in the Vampire novel i wrote and have been asked to publish., and yes Ronin Harper is also ine that book as well
The name Ronin Harper comes from 2 different sources.... "Ronin" is the name given to a masterless samarai, and "Harper" comes from another book I wrote years ago where the Harpers was a secret group of warriors who worked for the good of the people in the empire they served.
So Ronin Harper was a masterless samarai who fought secretly for the good of the people, well no not really. Ronin was a 1st Addition Barbarion made under the rules found in the Unearthed Arcana.
