Week 4 Update:
This week I went on a major downswing. I lost 90% of my bankroll and I sort of knew what was happening but I asked a friend to look over my recent hand history and he was able to confirm what I thought was going on and causing me to lose. I receive two massive bad beat which just went so totally against the math that it threw me completely off my game.
I found myself second guessing every move I was making. I also found myself doubting the honesty and integrity of the poker sites on which I was playing. I was sort of buying into the idea that only poker sites really are rigged to reward bad players and penalize good players in order to keep the moronic fish coming back so the sites keep making their rake of the idiots.
I was playing scared and folding in massive +Ev situations instead of pushing through and winning big. Instantly folding to 3 bets and giving players way to much credit for having made a hand which could beat mine.
I had completely changed my poker style to one of a scared and passive player who was trying to not get hurt anymore. This was causing me to haemorrhage money. I will be starting over on Monday of week five with just $12 so I am back at the 0.01/0.02 NL tables again.

You are correct that I have not been around much lately. Life has not been very good the last few weeks. Been to many people passing away lately. Poker has not been going well for me online either. Have evaluated and now time to readjust again. Will start to crush the 0.01/0.02 NL this week. be cool

Back down to those stakes myself. Just can't seem to make much but lose loads to suckouts. Got a real hatred for people river sucking out with a single ace lately. It seems to happen far to much like the deck has 20 of them or something.

Update time: Week 5
Started the new week with a $12 bankroll and clawed my way up to a $38 bankroll. I do not know what is wrong with me lately I truly have no desire to play any cards. Been forcing myself to play online. I seems like such a chore, I am hating the entire idea right now.

take a break mate that's what I'm doing. For 3 weeks I played absolutely nothing card related and used my time doing other stuff. Lately i made a deposit like i mentioned in the testifying thread and played 2 games since then. I feel the urge slowly coming back and that's ok, I'm in no rush. If it's not fun for you right now don't force it.. even if you win the satisfaction you get from it is short termed and soon u'll find yourself again feeling forced to keep up the pace even thou you dont feel like it.
I guess the brain can only take a certain amount of frustration when results do not follow expectations .
take a break and come back with a new found energy.

Well you might be right. Started week 6 with my $38 bankroll and after day one i'm up to $40. God the idea of even playing any more cards right now just makes my head hurt. I think I do indeed need to walk away for awhile. I hate to stop when I am down but I guess I have too. be cool

I have been without power for the last 3 days an at first it was really a pisser but then after the first day a kind of peace settled over me. I feel so much better now it is unbelievable. Going to take a couple more days off from playing cards. Will re-assess things then. best wish to you all be cool

Week 6 update Well I have had a great deal of difficulty actually grinding this week. My heart has just not been in it. I did grind my way from $12 to $50 last week but merely broke even this week. Going to grind over the weekend to make up for last weeks lack of positive progress. It is 11:58pm Friday July 11th, 2014

I have been putting this post off for too long. I have busted out in the challenge. I have gone over the last 14K in hands which I played during the challenge. I am NOT going to make up any BS excuses. I am owning up to the fact that I played poorly. I made mistake I should not have made. Chased after rivers when I knew I should have folded and even broke the rules by playing while heavily medicated. The fault lies totally with me, I fracking knew better. I am apologizing to my partner !!! If you want I will send you back your share of the buyin amount. Honor demands no less. I take full Responsibility for this loss and to my mates I apologize.

Thank you for your words of support. I was truly surprised that my previous post never received any responces from our fellow mobsters. perhaps I have disappointed you all more then I have myself. I apologize to you all if this is the case. Wishing you all the best
