I made my account on Betfair, following instructions, but when I went to cashier, switch to tab called "Rewards" and input Your code, which was "FREE10", I got information, that this promo is temporary unavailable... So I feel like Ive been cheated, because I made account which is connected to BankrollMob as referal, but didnt get promised $10 of no-deposit bonus.

Did you try to contact support to see if you can get an explanation on why is it unavailable? I signed up for that same bonus 2 months ago and got it as soon as I signed up. I don't think mine got tracked down to bankrollmob thou.. maybe I screwed something up when using the referal link. Bottom line is I got the money fast. Would like to know why yours didn't work.

I have been on betfair a while, but hardly played poker. I joined one day to play a freeroll (and a crappy one at that) and it took me to the new one, and made me wait ages login.
Livechat opened by default to 'chat to me'.
By the time I had finshed I had 4 weekly freeroll tickets, depositors ticket, some other tourney ticket and 200% bonus on deposit, which I didn't need to deposit for, but simply transfer from my sports betting account
Hey ppl! ;D Thanks for all help and suggestions. I didnt manage yet to be on time when MOB support is online, but already I exchanged few emails with Betfair. First they said that email I contacted them is not the one registered with them. So I sent them copied info from my Betfair profile where it stands that email was correct. Then they answered that they still cannot find it and I should send them my Betfair username, which I already did in previous mail... Anyways I sent it again together with Info that my account is approved and my social nr(CPR) is confirmed by their support. So lets see what they will answer now It might be that they have some issues, cause even on the begining they had problems with automatic confirmation of my CPR nr, so I had to send them scan of my social card, that they could aprove it manually...

The live support here in BRM it doesnt work. It used to in the past. Now the only means of communication is by posting threads, were the staff replying to and by email through your personal page.
OK everything is clear now, but sadly it doesnt sound too good for bakrollmob... Case with my login and email was solved and it was my fault, cause I confused my Party Poker data with Betfair data(facepalm!). So this was fine, but Betfair answered that this promo is not available for ppl from Denmark, while bankrollmob wrot that people from Denmark can take part in this promo. So now I really feel cheated, cause bankrollmob has another person refferd by them, but I dont have my promised 10 dollars, so it sucks Here is email I got from Betfair>

Just checked the BRM page about the specific bankroll and Denmark is listed as eligible. The thing is that with this mix up i found it hard to get the bankroll. Even if BRM try their best to get you credited they will probably refuse it.
Send and email through your personal page to BRM support. At least your misfortune can save others, after BRM editing the offer.
Almost weeke passed and no answer from BRM support...

Pity, but what can You do? Noticed that lately, most of promos is NOT available for Danish players, cause of goverment regulations, despite fact that sometimes according to BRM it should be available. So It will be wise to double-check your promo if You are from Denmark

MikeMOB Hello! I'm really sorry and i still cannot belive that your country is eligible for the Bonus. But i want to tell about my cousin story from Serbia. When u open WinnerPoker eligible countries you can see that Serbia and Montenegro is on list. When he opened account and try to request bonus , says that Serbia is not ELIGIBLE for this offer. Do they make update on thier sites? Or just the people to oppen account and then they cannot reedem the bonus..... I cannot understand this.
