If you did everything as you should in order to get the bonus and there is an approval in your BRM page then you should wait a couple of days and after that if you still havent got it, try their support and ask about it.

I recive the bonus , and i dont have any problem, Mober says good and i think u must to check about it. THen come and write again about this thread , when they approve u then u can use that no deposit bonus, presonaly i think its nice start amount.
