I signed up on WinnerPoker through BankrollMob to get the $200 No Deposit Bonus.
After clearing the first batch (1,500 points for $30), I made a deposit and have since then earned more than 6,250 points.
The total amount of points required to clear the entire bonus is 7,750. (1,500 + 1,250 + 2,500 + 2,500). I have raked for a total of $650 in cash games alone, which means that I have earned a total of 8,125 points. (12.5 points is awarded for each $1 raked).
On Monday this week I had earned more than the required amount of points. I converted 5,250 points into cash, another 1,680 on Tuesday, and another 840 on Wednesday. Keep in mind that there is no mention in the rules of this promotion that converting points to cash will make the earned points not count towards clearing the bonus.
Since I hadn't yet received the bonus earlier today, I emailed support asking why. They replied with this:
Dear xxx xxx,
Thank you for contacting the WinnerPoker Customer Support Team. We are writing in relation to your bonus query.
Upon checking, the first and second 30USD were issued to your account for accumulating the points required.
60USD will be issued once you have accumulated 2500WAP and last 65USD will be issued once 2500WAP has been accumulated. All in all, you still have $125.
Keep on playing and we wish you good luck!
Please do not hesitate to contact our support team 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
I then made them aware that I had converted points to cash, and that they should check my points history because I in fact had reached the required amount of points. I got this reply:
Dear xxx xxx,
Thank you for contacting the WinnerPoker Customer Support Team. Please be informed that you still need to generate the required points, in order to receive the remaining bonus. As soon as you generate the required points, the bonus will be issued to your account within 24 to 72 hours.
Please do not hesitate to contact our support team 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
In the email, they claim that "as soon as you generate the required points, the bonus will be issued to your account within 24 to 72 hours.".
I DID generate the required amount of points. I reached that goal on Monday, and converted points to cash AFTER doing so. Not that it should matter, since there are no rules against it, and since after earning enough points to clear a batch, NO points gets deducted from the account.
Is there anything BankrollMob can do about this?

Usually, when people whine about not being paid the bonus that they ought to, they are morons that haven't read through the conditions properly. But in your case, I have to admit that you seem to be right. At least based on what you write.
From the Winnerpoker mails, I get the impression that they do not really understand that you have actually earned the points.
I would answer their mail and ask if they have read your mails properly, and that all the points have been earned. As a start.

I agree with Pjot: you are totally right and maybethey minunderstood your messages. Keep on writing them back: use live chat (if winnerpoker have it), ask them to send you a report which contains the total rake you generated since the beginning (once they answer correctly thay cannot deny anymore you cleared the requirements to get your bonus).

I also read all of your post And you are right about it. I hope as i keep saying in other threads that you have some screenshots to back up your saying with the support. What i get from all this is, that they dont have a "picture" from your account where you had accumulated all the points. They just take a simple look after you used them for conversion and they simply arent there. And thats their "excuse" i suppose.
Write them again,and make it more simple for them to grasp cause some times, supports just dont WANT to get what you are simply saying.

Winner Poker has now acknowledged the fact that I have earned enough points to release the entire bonus.
How it went down:
After their last email I replied back with details explaining my number of cash games hands and total amount of rake, and that I had converted points to cash earlier this week. I didn't get any reply.
This morning I took upon the advice from 'magatt966' of contacting WinnerPoker through Live Chat. I asked the agent if he could check if I had earned enough points to release the entire bonus. He replied that I had earned 8,530 WAP, and that I would have to accumulate a total of 9,000 WAP in order to release the entire bonus.
I made him aware that I had made a deposit after the first batch, and that the total WAP needed should be 7,750. I waited for 30 min but got no reply back!
One hour ago I contacted support through Live Chat again. I asked the same question as earlier, but this time the agent suddenly said that she couldn't provide the information regarding my total accumulated WAPoints. What the hell?
After some back and forth with me letting her know that her colleague had given out that information earlier, and with her saying that I would have to send an email to support to get that information; I came through and resent the same email I had already sent containing details and explanations. I must admit that I was very frustrated during live chatting.
No more than 15 minutes later I get this email which made me happy:
Dear xxx xxx,
Thank you for contacting the WinnerPoker Customer Support Team. We are writing in regards to your WinnerPoker account.
This email is in relation to your query about the bonus from your advertiser.
We have checked your account and found out that you have already generated the 5000 WAPoints, which is needed in order to get the bonus. Please be advised that the bonus should be issued to your account within 24 to 72 hours after generating the required points. Should you have further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to send us an email, or contact our Online Support representatives for assistance.
Please do not hesitate to contact our support team 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Frustrating, but good in the end. At least, it seems to end well.
However, anyone reading this thread, with the same bonus, should maybe remember not to redeem the points before the bonus has been paid out. It seems to be easier to prove that the points have been earned, if they are still on the account.

The bad thing with such bonuses, or achievements in many sites is the fact that they dont get credited automatically most of the times, and the support keeps failing to see whats in front of them.
Good thing, it all went well. But from now on, do yourself a favour and start taking screenshots of your account often. You never know what can happen......
Still no bonus money in my account. I contacted WinnerPoker Support since more than 72 hours has passed. I got this email in return:

Since the time frame has already passed and you still have not received the bonus, please be advised to coordinate with your advertiser for you to be further assisted regarding your concern.

I've now contacted BankrollMob and am hoping that they're more competent than the people at WinnerPoker. I actually enjoyed their site and was under the impression that their support team was very decent - before this annoying problem occurred.

yea,,,i had problems with theyr support to it tooks 1 mounth to release my accont after they v asked for an ID hey montecristo if i m not wrong i have to do those batch (1,2,3)in only 1 mounth no? i didn t acomplished any of them in a mounth but still have 20€ ,if i ll make an deposit i still have to make rake for those 15$ recived at first?

Today i wrote about the easy way to contact WinnerPoker. Open the Online Support on the menu's right corner and you will contact them in live chat , so its easy way to contact them , and they are really quick .Today i called by Online Support and i asked them about the withdrawls for users that make accounts via BRM code and they answered me that i need ID or Passport to prove my identity and to deposit min 10$ .

Wow, a whole month?! That's ridiculous.
I'm not sure. The page for the bonus only state that you need to make a deposit OR rake $20 + fees within 90 days after receiving the bonus. So as it appears; you have infinite time. I would verify this with support if I were you.

Yeah, someone in this thread advised me to do the same. The problem isn't with WinnerPoker Support anymore, as they told me to contact BankrollMob in order to sort this out.

I made an account at Winnerpoker with the Bankrollmob promotion code. My 15$ is already on my account, so far so good. Planning to start playing next week, so watch out
I think that you need to make a deposit or pay 20$ rake (fees) within 90 days, before you can withdraw the 15$. As for the batch bonuses, i think that you have unlimited time to collect the points.

They haven't given me my money yet. No reply from BankrollMob Support yet either.
I think it's safe to try and clear the bonus as long as you don't convert WAPoints to cash like I did. Their "automatic" system of verifying when you've earned enough points sucks.
