Hey guys so I found betfred at BRM and wanted to get the no-deposit bonus so I joined betfred but decided not to wait for the no-deposit bonus and made a skrill deposit from my credit card of a little sum of about 13$. I started to play some poker and made a few bucks I left the poker table with about 20$ total balance.

I then went to their casino and started playing blackjack, after a few hours I ended up with 200$ as my final balance when I stopped playing and decided to cashout my balance. I requested a withdrawal to skrill the same account I deposited with for 200$. I was told by their support which by the way took me a few hours to get hold of someone they would greet me in the chat and after that no reply at all. Anyways they told it would 48 hours to process the withdrawal so I waited 2 days and still didn't get anything so I spoke with support again (took me a day to get someone online to speak to ) they told me I needed to verify my account by uploading a copy of passport so I sent them a copy of my passport and waited a day later nothing still so I spoke again with support and they told they didn't get anything and surprisingly my account was closed for no reason and then they requested to send my passport again so I did. They finally got it this time and told to wait until they can process it and verify my account. A few hours later I get an email saying this:

We are not implying that you are involved in any of the above activities, but under the circumstances, if we feel that we cannot obtain satisfactory conclusions from our internal investigations we have no other option than for your account to remain closed.



We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Wtf? They closed my account, rejected my passport the same passport I used at pokerstars to verify my account and at numerous forex brokers with no problems but for some reason not at betfred?

I knew I was never going to get a dime from them so I requested to have my initial deposit refunded to my skrill account but they stopped replying and I've sent numerous emails with no reply.


I contacted skrill requesting to open a dispute and explained the problem. If they tell me to speak with the merchant like they always tell me I'm going to open a dispute with my credit card company.


Stay away from SCAMfred they won't give you jack s**t if you make profit.

Oh lol,I done that with document in ten minutes after I registered there,and after some weeks I withdrawed 50euros and took less than 24h.I don't know what is the problem with your account,or something.

Tell them to send your initial deposit directly back to where it came from. They'll know where it came from, and if they credit it right back to the identical account it originated from,...then how possibly could anybody be trying to pull a scam.

If they refuse to do that,...then do exactly what you said about contacting your credit card company.

Does sound like a shifty move on their part though. Happy to TAKE your money, but won't even give you back your initial deposit.

You have to appreciate the fact that it 'looks' like they're trying to guard against fraud,....but still,...you did what they asked... Confused

I googled betfred today noticed other people had the same issue.

I emailed them asking for a refund but they stopped replying.

I really don't see any fraud here, they really didn't ask for much just my passport. Fraud for 13$ deposit seems stupid IMO.

Wtf is your problem?

Why the hell would I upload a fake passport and risk being caught thus not getting profit I have nothing to hide.

If you don't have anything constructive to say then don't.

Everywhere the same story , sometimes u make deposit and u play and if today is your day and you make some winnings , they have problem with withdrawls. I have same problems on other platform. So i try to manage and with scan from passport and other bills i manage to escape a black scenario. Lucky for me.

It happens best way to sort it out is to check the terms first, most of bonuses like no deposit bonuses is forfeited if you deposit, also poker bonus need to be played through on poker not casino and it is standard for them to check before you can withdraw.

I dont have a verifed neteller account as I cant verify with my ID card, they say it lack something but I used my ID card to verify skrill, pokerstars and several other sites. Just not neteller.

If you were totally legit and did things as you were asked, then dont let this go.
Its not much of a money there your 13$ deposit but its your money at the end.
Keep trying to communicate with them.
Maybe BRM can they help you solve this.
Sent them you details as they requested.

MOber one crew member answered to Smokim , and as i see the admins will take care about this issue.
I see that BRM admins is working job well and i got every bonus wherever to deposit. Its easy to win bonus on BRM. U needto wait about 2-3 days for aproving the account and to be credited. GL
