Dear Bankrollmob members and readers,
After waiting for more than a week i want to describe my problem here which i have with Winner. So, my account on WinnerPoker was frozen after i requested a withdraw of 1000 usd. This is the first time ive won so much money but badly i think they dont want to payout. I live in Macedonia and never had troubles like this i allways got my money. Even if i never won this big. I was really happy when i won but now iam very disappointed.
I play poker and casino games in the poker software. My account was frozen on 16. 09. 2013 and they asked for validation documents. Ive send all the required documents and i got an email which approved this documents and now my account should be fully verified. But my account remains closed because "they have to wait for an answer from the relevant department".
Anytime i get the same answer from Winner. I have also contacted bankrollmob via email, because ive opened my winnerpoker account via Bankrollmob to enjoy the 200 bonus and hoped to get help, but i didnt get any reply till now.

Hello, Congratz on your winning. All i can say is that you need to be patient and wait. I made a withdraw too, few months ago with $400 and i had no problem, i deposited $20 via Skrill and withdrawed same with Skrill. I didnt had to send documents or anything. Hope it will be solve. The questions is, if you have all things on your name, email, bank account and stuff like this. It should be the same.

Everything should be fine with the name, email, bank account and others. I use my own Visa card. They confirmed that the documents which i have send, has been approved. So the question is why they take so much time for this review to reopen my account. And can i somehow contact the "relevant department" because i allways write to [email protected] - Winner Customer support Team.They always reply the same:
"Dear Giljshen Latifi, Thank you for contacting the WinnerPoker Customer Support Team.
We are writing in relation to your account related concern.
Please be informed that we have not yet received an update from the relevant department.
You will be notified the moment as soon as we hear from them.
Thank you for your patience.
Please do not hesitate to contact our support team 24hrs a day, 7 days a week."
I don't have other contact emails. So you think i should just wait?
it looks like they are reluctant to payout cos your documents arent up to date or the fact that you live in the middle of nowhere they think no-one will care, keep on the case and dont give up, pester pester pester them at least twice or three times a day till you get what the rolling stones sung about SATISFACTION.

ohhh my god, you think that can happen?
You might be right with the fact i live in the middle of nowhere. Hmmm bc iam sure my documents are all 100% Ok and up to date. You think they can just hold my account and money like this? And i cant do anything ???

If in fact they are protecting their customers from fraud,...then they are to be commended,...but I've seen a lot of folks complaining about Winner.
In some cases it was that they didn't read the user agreement through,...and in some cases it was just shoddy business practice on the part of Winner! So just keep after them!
For me,...when my computer got severely infected by their program,...they never did follow up to see if things were good after they said they would...!
Good luck with that! Just have patience,...but keep after them none the less!

I agree with that but, i wonder why they didnt make this review when i deposited or when i withdraw an low amount like 30 usd or 50 even 100 usd. But now when i like to withdraw the 1000usd.
I had 1500usd in my account this night was awesome i was so happy never had more than 250 usd on my account. And i decided to withdraw 1000 and to play with the rest of 500 usd. Ive lost the 500 usd and wanted to cancel the withdraw an lower it to 800 usd so i dont have to deposit, but at this moment i couldnt login.

I'm from Macedonia too . I've opened account via BankrollMob offer too. I think ill have the same problems for withdrawl too. So Gili_lati i wish you luck in battle with WinnerPoker for withdrawl your money. NE SE PREDAVAJ!!!!

The more money you are cashing out the more chances you have to go under a screening process. They would love to hole that 1000$ of yours, so they are being very thorough. Since everything is ok from your side, dont stop bugging them about it.gl

like i was tell n into an old threat ,they have 1 of the worst posible assistence ,i was waiting 1 mounth to reopen my accont cuz my brother opened a new accont on them(for no reason,no bonus ,no nothing) .What was they r reaction?simply closed my accont where i had money& was first opened on them still my brother accont was open ~0 cash .Its simple for them to ask u for a deposit but when it comes to withdrow they make all way possible to make u give up ,lol ,sadly true

so bad, iam really sorry for you. And what happened did you resolve this issue now? I really dont understand Winnerpoker. Ive just to wait for nothing. Maybe they think ill give up and let my money there.
I cant imagine what they get from holding an account frozen for so a long time just like that.
Do they really profit from this situations?
I hope any admin can help me in speeding up this process!

Well to be honest with you BRM can't do much in this investigation... it's all about WinnerPoker there. All I can suggest to you is just to be very patient and let them do the investigation which from my experience will take a while as the i-poker security team are not known to be fast. Good luck.

Yes i agree, but i thought maybe for the BRM admins its easyier to contact Winner directly. Because of the good relationship with WinnerPoker iam sure they can help at last speeding up the process or get some infos more than I can get.
Some greet news a got an Email from BRM that they will look into this when a relevant staff member will be available.

Its not my first cashout here. Therefor iam wondering why it takes so long. Maybe its the amount of money i want to cashout which needs an more detailed review. But how i said i was a little lucky on casino game, than i tryed some hight stake poker hands and yes it was my day. Finally hehhe

If there is a possibility our bankrollmob admins to contact winnerpoker admins or contact centre for users from bankrollmob to withdrawl easier , then i think that they can help us ( users ) to take our money soon and our accounts not to be suspended or banned without reasons! Tnx

I think BRM supports their members in many cases. But anyway WinnerPoker gives the decisions. But BRM as an affiliate can help getting more precise information and protect their members.
But when you get banned or suspended i dont think anyone can help you.
In this case i just want a little support to clear this unexplained situation, which now taking so much time. Iam still optimist

Hopefully this will all end well mate best of luck I assume you dont have anything to hide and therefore you should indeed put pressure on them and nag them constantly till you get a reply. You said it yourself that the "relevant department" that verifies documents already gave you a green light so the other ones shouldn't take long too.
If you don't mind me asking, how did you reach 1000 usd mark? i mean, what were you playing and how long did it took.
I'm asking coz that's probably what they are investigating too and depending on how long it took their "investigation" might take longer also.
