I have send them emails but they always reply that they have to wait for the relevant department to reply then so they can unlock the account.
I never had more the 200 or 250 usd in my account so i play normally at low stakes. But the luck was on my side this day (i had 50 or 60 usd) when i hit an jackpot in the casino slot games. Then i had more than 500 usd on my account. And then i tried to play poker at higher stakes. I always play speed poker but with low stakes usually. After having this money i tried the highest stake of speed poker 1$/2$.
After some random hands i made a call holding 4,5. And the flop gave me a straight. The other players raised and raised there was 3 or 4 other players in the hand. Someone had KK another 3 of a kind i think. When the river came there was a chance that anyone could have a flush or even a higher straight but i was surprised that all the money was mine. I had nothing to loose straight in the flop and i called all the time. There i have won the biggest amount i dont remeber how much but i saw that my balance was over 1000 usd maybe 1190 or something like this. That was my biggest win ever.
After some other hands there i get up to 1500 usd. There i said its enought and i requested a withdraw of 1000 usd and wanted to on lower stakes again. But after i requested the withdraw i lost around 500 usd in poker and casino. there was just around 29 usd in my account and than i wanted to cancel the withdraw of 1000 usd and withdraw only around 700 - 800 and to play with the rest but i couldnt login i get the message that my account is locked for security reasons or something like this.
I looked into my mail inbox and have seen there that winnerpoker requires my Documents for verification. And ok thats a standart process which i solved immediately on sending the required documents. I got an Email from Winner that my account is now fully verified. But after this day i tried to login but no, it always shows the same info of "your account has been locked ...". I have send them another email in which i requested to unfreeze my account now after they have verified my account. But they replied to me that i have just to wait for the relevant department make their review and as soon they get an answerl from them, they can immediately unlock the account.
After this i tried several time to get an answer from them but they always replied and said they cant do anything before the relevant department give the green light.
And the rest you know, now iam waiting for an update from the BRM Staff bc they already send an email to WinnerPoker. I dont think it should take so much time to review my account bc before 3 days or so ive made an withdraw which was approved as usual.
But how i said i dont know why they are holding my account with no explanation. Maybe linz47 was right when he said: "the fact that you live in the middle of nowhere they think no-one will care" but iam really happy BANKROLLMOB is supporting me.
Ill hold you updated and thank you very much in supporting me and giving me advices.
Now i dont know if i should continue writing Winner the same Emails and boring them? What you think maybe i should just wait BRM to give me a reply.

But my account remains closed because "they have to wait for an answer from the relevant department".
Anytime i get the same answer from Winner. I have also contacted bankrollmob via email, because ive opened my winnerpoker account via Bankrollmob to enjoy the 200 bonus and hoped to get help, but i didnt get any reply till now.

if brm is investigating this for you maybe u could wait to see what result comes out of it first. Maybe if they see that the word is getting out they'll speed things up afraid of bad publicity.
For what concerns me, putting money there even if it is to collect a nice bonus, will not be in my "first things to do" list for sure...

Yes i think i should wait for BRM first. I hope this don't happen to anyone, its a really bad situation.

Hey well it is pretty standard for all poker rooms to request documents before you can withdraw, they do that to prevent bonus manipulation etc. and for legal purposes.
Your money should get in your account after they verified you account, there should not be any problems.
Also waiting time is common, most new poker rooms/sportsbook takes a bit more than a week, and contacting support is your best bet. Please be patient and be polite you'll get your money faster. Also if you keep contacting them maybe your request is going back the line again.

don t give up ,i ve didn t & my accont was oppened ,they v asked for my IC & i ve sended my IC scaned that wasn t good for them (they needed a photo)but from a(stupid)reason they didn t said that .after several e mails an genius told me they need a photo.Don t give up just re-email them ,ticket ,whatever it works .Hope u ll get u re wining

If you are not getting any answers try to call them if they have a listed phone number. That would be probably your last solution with it. They will tell you on the spot there what is going on i believe.

Maybe something is going on with winnerpoker right now, I opened up an account with them yesterday, and I still haven't received the welcome email, and also their mobile app is down and having problems...who knows?

The online poker industry turns over billions of pounds every year and to my knowledge they have never been audited by the Britsh Government to ensure fair play. Many people believe at best that online poker is not as random as human dealt poker and at worst is either manipulated to create "big" hands to increase their rake or totally corrupt. Many people have suffered both financially and mentally due to heavy loses on these poker sites and everything should be done to ensure at the very least they are fair for all.

linz47, how you would say something like this, that Macedonia is in the middle of nowhere? Please, learn some geography. Just to let you know, Macedonia is in Europe. UK also is in Europe. So, what is the difference? Bulgaria is a neighbour country of Macedonia. We are in the EU like UK, but that doesn't mean that we are in the middle of nowhere. And soon Macedonia will enter in the EU too.
Usually my comments are vey positive, but I got angry that you said that Macedonia is in the middle of nowhere. I support them, because we are brother countries.
Now, to the main question. gili_lati , before making a withdrawal you shoud make a voluntary account verification. First, you should send:
1. a copy of ID card 2. a copy of debit/credit card (if you use depositing method with bank card) 3. proof of address (mobile bill, watter bill or electricity bill, where your addres is shown)
Then, you shoud wait at least 3 days to receive a confirmation from WinnerPoker Security Department. If you hadn't deposited there before withdrawing you should make one deposit of $10. To cash out you need one deposit of $10 every six months (twice a year).
After receiving confirmation email that your account is verified, then you shoud wait 48 hours, and after that you should make a withdrawal.
These procedures are the same at every poker site. Ok, I see you didn't do it, but no worries. I would like to know how many days are you waiting for the account verification. This is important.
After that I will tell you what to do. Don't worry I have an idea how you can take your money. Few years ago I used to work like a customer support agent at some online poker sites, so I know their weakness.
Just for your info I will tell you that two months ago I was pissed off from PokerStars and I wrote them that I will take legal actions against Rational Gropup LLC, how I will do it, where I will sue them and they blocked my account immediately. Two weeks ago they unblocked my account and now almost every week they send me survey emails very often, if I am satisfied by their support and if everything is ok with me.
So, please tell me since when you are waiting the account verification and after that I will tell you how to proceed.

Thank you very much for the support. After my account was frozen they told me to verify my account with the documents you also mentioned. So i have send them this documents and they replied and confirmed that my account is now fully verified. But my account was still frozen. I asked them to unfreeze my account now after they have verified my account but they told me that they have to wait now for a answer of the "relevant department". But till now i didn't get any info from them why they are holding my account frozen for so long. My account was frozen on 16.09.2013.
Winner now doesnt reply anymore to my emails. Jeff the Bankrollmob staff member asked me yesterday if i got any reply from winner. I told him that i didnt got any reply so far.
