Anyone know in detail how this works?

I have two issues.

1) How do fees work? These is a lot of fees, to fund skrill, withdraw etc. How does this compare with deposits/withdrawals with visa? I have about $100 tied up in about 20 sites, if I lose too much in fees it won't be worth doing.

2) How does it work with linking bank to skrill to poker site. I use several emails/bank accounts etc (but only ever one per site). Will this affect it when withdrawing to skrill?

Basically I am looking to withdraw all that I can, and then those sites I need to deposit with, and possibly clear, I will start doing so. I am starting early, but want all out of all poker sites by Christmas so I can do the Christmas freerolls and start afresh with a new poker bankroll in the new year (I am a bit autistic like that)

Thanks in advance

You can open an account for free.
If you can find a site that cashes out without a deposit you wont even have to deposit
to moneybookers for all the rest sites that require a deposit.
All cash outs to skrill are free.
If you want to cash out from skrill then there are fees depending on your method.
Here are the charges for UK :

how does skrill work with cashouts etc?

I mean, does it use email address like paypal, or a skrill account number?

As far as i know it is as Mober says. Either one of those pokersites where you have money allow a transfer to skrill without making a deposit first or you have to deposit a small amount exactly like you do with paypal. It asks you your skrills email address and then you prompted in a secure box to put your login details in order to confirm the transfer.

When it is only to cashout it only asks for the skrill address ( usually it shows by default the one u used to deposit u see) and nothing more. There are only fees involved at this stage if ur skrill currency is different than the one you are withdrawing from ( dollars to € fro example). I'm not sure of the exact value but i dont think it's ever more than a few cents when we are talking of values around $20 to $30 per transfer.

There is no number involved in the transactions. (the skrill number or code if you like, its internal
thing and used for identification purposes. You will need to wrote this down as it is handy
in case of communication with them)

You only use your registered email for all the transactions and your password.

It is more than a few cents. They have increased the fee to 2.99% for the FX rate.

Do NOT use skrill for currency conversions! They are expensive...
Use Pokerstars or Full Tilt instead, to cash out in the currency for your skrill account. The currency conversions by PS or FT are relatively cheap.

Also if you want to eliminate the hassle of first having to deposit before you can withdraw, try cashing out to UKash, which does not have this restriction (at least on Party Poker).
