Hi guys , tell me plz about approving my account through the ID verification , I already attached a file , but that file is wrong without captcha near to my ID , and know I just cant find this section to reattached my file , like it desappear, help me plz , where is this section to approve my id . Thx

Here is what you need to do to acces that page, hit the Mob Account button from the top right corner of the screen, then under settings you'll see a link saying Upgrade account (Upload ID / Phone verification).

Go there and you should have two verification options: Phone and Upload ID Blink

Another member had such a problem lately.
Tried to find the thread to no avail.
I thing admin had to do something in order o be able and resubmit the documents.
If you still cant find it and admin doesnt notice this by tomorrow, contact support.

I think the problem Mober said was valid only when someone sent the ID and it was during the verification process.

hi there i have had the same problem i am a newbie to the site. i done phone verification then i went to do the driving licence one and uploaded the wrong file now i cant find the sit to upload anywhere please help meeeeee thanks guys this is my 1st forum post Big Smile

press "report" button on your post, we have a very friendly admin, who will ban you ... ooops meant help you out in your situation asap.

Maybe admin will see this thread and help you out, if not them you need to contact the BRM support...

Hey all thanks alot for your help got it sorted out thanks they emailed me with a new link to send my drivers licence in so hopefully all is well and my account will be upgraded in a day or so. thanks again for your help the forum rocks Thumbs Up Big Smile

Most probably admin or someone from the bankrollmob stuff saw your post and sent you that new link where you could upload the correct ID Big Smile
