CASHOUT PROBLEMS POKER & CASINO SITES  +8
Hello Mobsters,

I've decided to open this thread for everyone of you who have any kind of cashout problems with the online operators. This thread could be pleasant. I can offer my help.

Just tell me what is your case and which is the poker or casino site where you have cashout problems. I have also the complaint forms and the addresses of Isle of Man where belong PokerStars and FullTilt Poker.

I will prepare you all the necessary documents (complaint forms) and explain you how to fill in the forms. I will tell you in which jurisdiction belongs the site. Also I will inform you which Gambling Commission is responsible for the site, and I will tell you the email addresses where you have to send the complain forms and how to proceed further.

Bookmark this thread! I really hope not to see mobsters who have problems like this, but if these problems appear or have appeared yet, I will be glad to assist you.

It is coming the winter, so winter time I am usually free, that is why I decided to create this topic. The other reason which I decided to do it was the gili_lati story which inspired me.

Good luck!

Best Regards,

Peter7878

You also get a +1 from me Peter, i bet that this thread will become really useful for many players.

I think the first players that will post here are the italian players that had $$$ on FTP.

Hello Mobsters,

Thank you very much for the support, guys! I am really glad that you like the idea!

pochui, thanks for the kind words! Yes, of course I can help you making a complaint. But first of all, you should contact the PokerStars Support about your grievance. If you are dissatisfied with their response and have exhausted all avenues with them, you can contact the Commission. That means, first you should make a complaint at PokerStars ([email protected]) and if you don't like their answer, then I will help you with the Commission complaint.

Did you make a complaint at PokerStars? Did you recieve an answer from them?
=============================================================
"Most complaints are as a result of a misunderstanding between the operator (PokerStars) and the player. Please ensure you have fully read the Terms & Conditions of the operator (PokerStars) and that your complaint is a valid one. If you still feel it is, then the Commission will investigate on your behalf to ensure that you are being treated fairly at all times.

Any investigation is based on the information received from the player, with documents (hands of history and emails from PokerStars in your case pochui) provided to support their complaint. The Commission will then contact the Designated Official of the Licensee, requesting their response. The investigation process includes the collation of all information from the player and the licence holder.

The outcome of the investigation is determined by the evidence and the facts presented for each individual case."
=============================================================

pochui, if you already discussed this matter with PokerStars and if you already received an answer via email by PokerStars, but you are not satisfied by their explanation, I will help you further to make a complaint and prepare you the complaint form to a Gambling Supervision Commission of Isle of Man Goverment which is responsible for PokerStars and FullTilt Poker.

If you did all this, you have to copy/paste in Word Document all the email correspondence about your case between you and PokerStars and then I will give you the complaint form and I will tell you how to fill it and I will give you the commission email where to send it. You will send the complaint form and the history of hands which you suspect unfair play and the Word Document (the email correspondence between you and PokerStars.

BUT, BEFORE I HELP YOU WITH ALL THIS, YOU HAVE TO THINK IT VERY CAREFULLY!!! IF YOU SEND AN EMAIL TO PokerStars THAT YOU WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST THEM, THEY WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!! DON'T SAY THEM THESE WORDS:" TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST PokerStars". I AM WARNING YOU ABOUT THIS FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE I DID IT AND THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. USE THE WORD "COMPLAINT". DON'T USE: "LEGAL ACTIONS". NOW I HAVE MY ACCOUNT UNBLOCKED, BUT I KNOW THE PROCEDURES, SO EVERYTHING IS OK WITH MY ACCOUNT NOW.

So, pochui, first think it very well and if you want to do it, I will help you! I WARNED you that there could be some cosequences about your account if you say them you will take LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST PokerStars.

I am waiting for your reply!

============================================================

Macubaas, thank you very much for the kind words. I am really glad that you like the idea!

Sergejcho, thank you very much! I think this thread should be only one in general. Here we can discuss matters as blocked accounts, cashout problems, problems with verify the account etc. But I don't feel necessary to open 40 threads like this, for 40 sites poker/casino sites. This thread is enough I think for all the sites in general.

Good luck guys!

Best Regards,

Peter7878

Hello there Peter,

thanks for looking into my terrible situation with p0kerstars...i am really considering about launching a formal complaint against them...man i don't know how one can handle such nonsense that is happening all day long with them...i just can't win with 26o against various morons/aggro donks who clearly overplay there AA's or KK's...it seems that poker rules have changed and i haven't managed to keep up with them Disagree

thanks again Peter, will contact you once i decide to use your helping hand Worship

You shouldnt put Casino sites there.
With so many rogue casinos still operational you can be flooded in no time Smile
And in many cases not to say the most nothing can be done due to where they have
based their operations.

pochui, now I remember that at the end of January this year, I asked PokerStars about the RNG, bots, manipulating programs etc. and I got a reply from them.

I asked them also for the famous hand of five Aces: http://wtfpokerstars.ytmnd.com/ Smile

Still I have their email. It is a very very long email. I think you should find the answers there. But they replied me in Bulgarian. But Bulgarian is very similar to Russian language, so you will understand it or you can use Google Translator.

I can not post it here, because it is written, as I said in Bulgarian. If you want, I can send it to you. Just tell me an email and I will send it to you.

I was chatting with a member here yesterday who is on the FullTilt/BrM leaderboard (whose name I won't mention) who was having some REAL problems withdrawing his $4,500 from PokerStars..... He complained that he was also banned from PokerStars...

I asked him why...

He said that PokerStars discovered that he and another guy were colluding at tables and cheating other players out of their money. He didn't use the words 'colluding' or 'cheating'....he just said 'working together at tables'... Confused

Hello demodawggy,

Tell your friend to fill in this application form:

http://www.gov.im/lib/docs/gambling//complaintsformv3up...

In the photos you will see the instructions how to fill it in. After filling the form, he has to prepare all the correspodences, the emails between PokerStars and him and to explain all his case, sending it to this email:

[email protected]

At the email your friend has to send:

==========================================================
1. The complaint form
2. Email correspondence between PokerStars and the player
3. Explaining the whole situation in the email (when he was banned, when his cashout was rejected and why and so on)
==========================================================

After doing all this, Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission will start to investigate PokerStars about his case.

This is the address of Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission:

Ok, no problems! Look what I found:

Pokerstars Cashout Problems

I've been playing at PokerStars for nearly a year now and it was by far my favorite site. I deposited $700.00 into my account on April 16th and won about $300.00. I now have $1001.00 in my account and when I tried to do a cashout by check, which I have done successfully before, i was told by the security department that I am unable to cashout, transfer, or play on the site anymore. They say that this is because they have an outstanding issue with a friend of mine who transferred funds to me in the past. They're telling me that I can't use or get my money until that individual resolves whatever issue they are having. I don't even know what's going on because I no longer associate with the individual. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

------------

hmmm thats a tuff situation. ive had the same issue arise and they told me to state my relationship with that individual becauase at the time they put a hold on my account. i told them who the guy was and my relationship with him and they were fine. does ur intial 700 have anything to do with your friend? did he transfer the funds to you? a lot of people will deposit via echeck and transfer the funds out before the check clears. i think i played with you today at one of the omaha tables.

colluding would be a way, but you have to do it with someone you trust, and you have to do it very carefuly

-------------------

They're just covering their own butts. I don't know how much the guy gave you, but evidently his funds are locked, so the $ he gave you is lock and has tainted your bankroll. Maybe he made a deposit with a check that bounced? Maybe he's suspected of cheating? Either way the money he transferred to you wouldn't be his, so they won't let you cash out with it until the issue has been resolved.

The reason your entire bankroll is frozen is because, if it's just $50 or whatever that he transferred, letting you cash out "all but $50" will just result in you using the remaining $50 on the tables, potentially losing it to people who they can't get it back from.

Sucky situation, dude. I guess there's a chance that PS will even take back the funds that he transferred to you. But at least in that case youll be able to cash out.

----------------

It's hard to get in touch with those guys as they have no phone support. However, one of the security members gave me a call today and was very loud and rude. He told me that I couldn't withdraw from my account until I repaid a debt of $1500 that I didn't even create simply because the user who had created the debt had used my computer in the past. This phone call lasted about 45 minutes and I explained how I had deposited using moneygram on April 16th and that I don't even associate with the owner of the bad account, although I know who the person is. He told me I should sue her and take her to court, then, after I collect from her, pay her past debt to pokerstars and then I'll be able to withdraw my money.

At this point I was pissed. I then decided to play at the tables and at one point I was up to about $3400.00 but that didn't last long. Let's just say, I won't have to worry about cashing out anymore. I think I'll just play at another site from now own and I can assure you that it won't be Absolute Poker or Ultimate Bet (They have way too many cashout problems). I may try playing at Bodog Poker. I played there last month and although they don't have a lot of traffic, 80% of their players are total fish. I won a few thousand dollars playing 2/4 pot limit omaha in about an hour.

------------------------------

I almost always hear glowing reports for PS, so if you really didnt do anything wrong, send an email explaining what happened, and I am sure that they will reply promptly and with good news. If the money that you have been playing with was stolen (by your friend then transferred to you) or off of a bad credit card, etc. you will have problems whether you did it or he did it. That should be a plus in my book for PS. I mean if you really did nothing wrong (and the other guy didnt steal/collude/etc to get the money he sent you), you should have no problem clearing this up.

Edit: you posted that ^^^ at the same time that I posted mine. Sorry to hear that though, can you tell us how she came to owe PS $1500? I mean she must of used a bad credit card or a bad check, I would think? Then if she did it from your computer... well I can see why they think that it was you, especially if her account transferred the bad money to your account.

---------------------

What an argument is this? Your cashout is rejected becuse your friend sent you money??? Why there are money transfers at PokerStars?
