Hey guys,
Look at the photo what happened one hour ago at the FullTilt Poker table. I played with a guy who doesn't have avatar, doesn't have country, doesn't have nickname at the table!!!

It is nothing magical at him, it's probably about FullTilt software or your computer - happend to me many times in RushPoker mode - when I'm sitting out and coming back, in a first hand after it, I can't see my opponents nicks and avatars, after that hand everything is going back to normality.
Looks like a bug in the software, it's seems to have trouble deciding between the 2D and 3D avatar display (notice the oval shape just below the player, that is the base of a 3D avatar).

Never happened to me before! I checked all the hands replayer and only this guy is like that. My PC is working very well. It is a new one. Probably as you said the software or may be a bot?
I've always wondered who are these PokerStars and FullTilt Poker players who doesn't have countries!!! How they hide their countries? Did you noticed that some player avatars don't have countries at the tables. Who are they? Are they bots? I am very curious about the answer of that.
I think few years ago I asked PokerStars, but I don't remember if they answered me to that question.

Did u know that on Titan poker they have cash tables &s&g tables with u seat as anonimus ,...i think is very stupid thought

Posted by noonlion: Looks weird but probably nothing.
I saw this recently too - a player with no country and wondered how that was possible.
Who knows.
These players with no countries are very agressive players. I remember I had a lot of questions about PokerStars and I emailed them as I metioned it at the previous post. And I remember they sent me a very long email.
But exactly to that question: "Why some poker players don't have any countries?", I remember they answered me only in one sentence and it was something like that (I am telling it just by memory):
"These players have accounts from the beginning of PokerStars and we are updating that information. We would like to assure you that they are not bots."
It was something like that. My email box is fulled with hundreds of PokerStars emails, so it will be very difficult to find which one was exactly with the answer of "no country players"
May be tomorrow I will ask them again and I will tell you what will be their respond.
By the way I red somewhere that players who have accounts from the beginning of PokerStars, December 12, 2001, their accounts are programmed to win always big money and to make very good profits. I don't know if this is true, but I will search in the net and if I find it, I will publish it here.

Probably a bug in the software, or some kind of lag. Strange things happen some times. No matter how hard you try there will always be bugs in computer software. And in a site like that you know they are serious and if something is wrong they will get to the bottom of it.

Haha maybe he bugged out or something , or it might be from your end, anyway sick hand from his side, quads jacks, he has the nuts.
Also for those who think that there are bots out there, it might be true, just look at some of the news when you google, poker bot etc. But I do not think that there will be bots in pokerstars or full tilt, they already have a big share of the market, why get bots and if found risks losing their market share for minimal profit.
Anyone knows about the 5 aces, happens at full tilt long time ago. Was funny not sure if it was a bug or a photoshop picture but it was priceless.

Loool mr. anonymous wons with four of a kind. Perhaps this was the comeback from P. ivey at FullTilt They all say the software are sure, but why can happen this bug? Or this guy had a date und must leave the table before he saw the flop...
