One advice from me for verification to poker rooms, is to always verify first before you even consider to deposit, so that there is less hassle when you try to withdraw your winnings, you might go on tilt if you cannot withdraw your winnings lol.
Also when i first registered to poker rooms i included my names but did not put my other names, that I do not used, but eventually I updated my docs and asked them to update my name ever since I used my full name even my other names so it matches my bank statement and ID card so I do not get problems afterwards!

You were talking in online support about it, why you didnt ask? Since you found a solution and you are not risking with a lock up, you can get in touch with them again to tell you the steps you have to follow.

BRUN...why wouldnt you use your real name when opening an account? Maybe this is a question to ask partypoker and I am sure they will give you an appropriate answer...... I dont get it...i just dont get it!!!

i dont know that, i just know im banned permantly, because he says i violate the terms and condicions, in the terms and condicions says 'USE YOUR IDENTIDY'' but i talk in the chat a few time ago and he says its okay i can change that and now another guy says me this is violate the terms and condions , im stupid...

no, i send the citazen card with all things, and the answer is, you are permantly banned, my brother also has deleted his account because of me, for me dont have problems with that, and im banned because of details... omg 100 out..

what you thinking of when you making account ?You know make for you on your details , WHEN YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW THEY ALLWAYS WANT YOUR ID OR ANy kind of verification of your self

I wasnt expecting a different outcome with this one. It wold have to be in the hand of an employee that doesnt care at all doing his/her job. And at that department hard to find such. I hope it was lesson learned.
