Like jessthehuman pointed out already you will have a very big problem with your acquired points. Take for example the well known snake guy trying to cash out for quite some time.

As for OP, the oservations other mobsters did are correct, even if you win tons of mob points currently you won't be able to cash them out unfortunately...
