I dont play really drunk because i have a habit to become a little loose then, but i like to drink a few beers slowly during the game or smoke a joint (its legal here) because that really helps me focus Sometimes i also like to do it while playing 4-6 sit n gos online at a time and it really improves my play although it might be in my head.

i was playing drunk, and i left 14/25 000! depends on luck, when you are dunk you risk more and play more agressive. many times when you would fold, u just call.. even with some bad hands.. happen to me before// most the time i drink few beers..

Can you imagine. I used to have a drink every night of the week. Yup, Id feel pretty crap the next morning but there was something about drinking that just kept me doing it...maybe it dulled the destruction of my daily life through work! However, since I have discovered poker...thanks to some bright spark who quit his job to earn more money playing poker (i'll do that one day) I have stopped drinking! I feel much more alive every day...yup work is still destroying my life but poker is my new drink! The best thing about it is i dont have to do it every night...and I know when to stop.

i would be a great player but everytime i get a bankroll going i play drunk and lose the lot...i need to stop the drinking or stop playing poker...what to do???? maybe tipsypoker would be ok...

i've learned this lesson the hard way as well. i never play drunk anymore because i am not a very good loser when i'm drunk and tend to be to bust abusing players then playing the cards. never again for me
