Have you cleared the cookies, etc as it has been suggested in the page? If you havent, try to do so along with uninstalling the software. Then do the process again from the start. This might do the trick.

yes i cleared the cookies but a support assisten from pkr told me that i m not affilated with bankrollmob and i m i don t know what to do in this situation

In this case crash58 it is you that you need to learn how to read. He was asking about the Megadeal in PKR. The restrictions in countries you gave is for the 100$ no deposit bonus in PKR. Not the Megadeal PKR
There are two different deals with PKR from BRM. Just scroll down and you will see it.

Also - OP has already made it clear, the reason he is being rejected is because his PKR account is not affiliated to BRM - there's nothing that can be done to resolve this. His account is created now and it's affiliated to somewhere else.
