Never thought that they would need such amount of equipment in order to run a poker site.
I always imagined just a small installation.
And they were talking about 800 servers, 2 back up power systems.....
Not to mention the security with the card and then the fingerprint reader.
I was amazed.

Hello victoryv111,

Wooow, this is really a very nice surprise, because I waited this video to appear so long.
I wish if there is a loner video of Isle of Man behind the scenes of PokerStars.

Probably it will appear tomorrow!

I will keep updating you if I find a new one!

Best Regards,
Peter7878

You would never say that in the building it's a site, looks like a fortress to me Smile

I knew a site needed tons of equipment back from the day they bought FTP and they need to hire an entire cargo plane to move it to Isle of Man.

I remember when I worked for Party Poker we also entered in the building with the finger prints, then typing a code, and then the door opened.

But the Party building was much smaller than this one. This is like a castle. I remember also that all the Party employees we had tokens. And when you have to enter in the server you have to look the screen of your token for the password. And the password changes every 60 seconds.

I mean tommorow when you start working you don't know what will be the password because it changes every 60 seconds by itself for security measures.

To enter the Party building, you have to do 3 steps: to put your company card inside the machine, to put your fingers, to type a paswword as well. Inside there were a lot of cameras.

It was funny because, it seemed we were working for CIA with all these security measures. Big Smile I felt it that way.

Hello,
Its so nice ... i would like to work there. Magic river for no one, trick or threat Smile).
And definetly i would go there if zombies will rise against us. I will make shure that everyone can play poker and shoot zombies Smile. "You killed no zombies today? Then no magic river for you sir."
