Hello, Well my friend, when it comes to poker, all planet are against russians. They play crap hand, like monster hand.... and 99% they have the mighty magic river with them. Sometimes, i wonder if they have a program or something. Well a top of completly nuts luckly players, are from: Russia, Romania, Hungary, Brazil, Canada, UK etc. Those are always lucky and playing some card that i can even imagine to pay the BB, not a raise.

I'm playing a BrM tourney earlier today,....and some a-hole russian is playing like an idiot. So I get an AK suited and decide I'm gonna shove!
The idiot calls with his J 3 off and knocks me out with a pair of 3s....
Why do idiots play like that JUST because it's a freeroll...? He's obviously NOT playing for leaderboard points...

I was actually having a nice chat with a Russian last week about why they play the way they do in freerolls. He seemed like quite a nice guy actually but his reply was just "It's a freeroll". Guess people who play like that don't care in freerolls since its free. Makes sense but it is still annoying.

They play like that in all of the tourney, even cash table, even Speed poker / Zoom etc. Any buy-in. from 1 cent to $215, thats the highest, above i dont know. But they play the same. For them 10 8, 6 7 , 7 8 , 10 9 are the monster hands ( nuts ).

It's Ok. All what they said about russian players is true. Most of them can't play poker. But if you can't play against bad players, then you are the worst player in the world Everyone can play with pocket aces. Even if he can't play poker at all. I remember Doyle Brunson said:"Poker is not card game, poker is the game of decisions"

I raised around 4-5 BB and was raising after that more and more... That isnt slow play, read what I write before commenting...
And no, I don't wanna be called with 8 4, especially not from russian, because 99% of them will win...
As I said before, it could be other cards in my hand not pocket aces, that isnt important... Important is that I just wanna normal game (and that is imposible)
P.S. As I said I don't hate people I just hate their game.

I raised around 4-5 BB and was raising after that more and more... That isnt slow play, read what I write before commenting...
So.. You hold AA - 85% winning chances and bets 4-5 bb That's fine. Your opponent called Flop: 7 2 4 Now you have 86% winning chance You raised and your opponent called So, if he made a call, then your raise size was not big enough. If you play against a donkey you should play very aggressive. Go all in. Ok, that's your first mistake. Let's see what happened next.. Turn: 7 2 4 6 - very bad for you Now your opponent have better chances (you didn't know what he has in pocket) Your odds: 70% - pair 25% - two pairs 5% - three of a kind 0% - straight or higher Opponent's odds: 17% - two pairs 9% - straight

A lot of players ,not only russians pay with bad starting hands,hoping for a good flop.You have to know what type of player are you facing off.This a real player,maybe of were dealing with a bot,or ghost player from server put there to steal your money

"Hardly included in the prizes"...??? Huh...?
I've ended in the money on the leaderboards 2 out of the previous 3 on PokerStars (7th and 28th)
...and in the money (19th) at the end of the Full Tilt leaderboard that previously ended....
So I don't think you're statement that I'm 'hardly' in the prize money is correct.
You know,....gratuitously boasting about how good you are at poker, is like boasting that you're a bigger wiesel than everybody else,...because like I've previously said.....you can't get ahead playing poker just waiting for cards to come your way.... You MUST bluff and bully folks,...both of which are negative traits...
One more thing,....I'm not in the money on the current FT leaderboard YET,....but I'm working on it,....and it ain't over until it's over....
