G'day mates
I purchased a $20 USD Ukash ticket from pcgamesupply.com and then when I went to make a deposit into my Pstars account it would not accept the ticket until I went onto the Ukash site and converted the $20 USDticket into a $20.20 CND Ukash ticket. The ukash site will not allow me to convert the ticket from US to CND $ ticket at this time. Contacted PStars support and the tell me it is because the Ukash site is having problem going from the US$ to CND$. They tell me I MUST go threw the Ukash support. I have already sent them a help request and am still waiting for a reply. I hate having to purchase a 100K freeroll ticket from the VIP store every damn time I want to play in the 100K VIPfreeroll. It is so much more convenient to just make a deposit with the 100K bonus code and get a months worth of tournament tickets. So I am pissed off and frustrated at being jerked around. I was just trying to make my life easier and less annoying when I wanted to play in the 100K freeroll.
Your right its much easier too make a deposit with code 100k and get a months worth of free roll tickets never used Ukash deposit option always use e check very quick deposit/with drawl with no fees I made a withdraw from stars because my AA keep getting cracked only free rolls from now on GL with the free rolls
just a question for you Ronin....why don't you add USD currency in your cashier at PS...have CDN, USD, and GBP myself...it's not hard to do...might save you some aggravation in the future.

I also have all 3 shown in my cashier. but apparently all my initial deposit must be made from a CND$ source which immediately gets converts into US$. I never had a problem before. the situation just total enraged me. still want for a reply from Ukash support. be cool

Very irritating when stuff like that happens....
I'm thinking they have it set up that way 'automatically' so that when you deposit mandatorily in one currency,...they can 'automatically' turn a little profit converting your money into another currency....
Same thing happens over at PayPal and the various other money handling sites...

But i´m sure that you can deposit in US-$ into your stars account and then concert to can-$. You have th eoption in youtr stars account to use some different payment methods. But the easiest way is to ask the ukash Support.

Have you checked if you can do the deposit through Full Tilt and then transfer the money? Or if you do this you will not be eligible for the bonus, you are after to, since i see above you need to enter a code? Can you enter codes when you transfer money between them?

WOW...this all sounds really too complicated and frustrating to perhaps even be bothered to do it in the first place. Wouldnt it be nice if everything was really simple and made easy for the consumer rather than loading the odds against us all the time!

Well after 4 days the Ukash customer support informs me that there is nothing they can do for me because the Ukash ticket was purchased through a 3rd party after market provider. Apparently pcgamesupply.com is NOT considered as a source for Ukash which can be converted. The $20 USD Ukash is still valid but can only be used as a US$ deposit and nothing else. So I got a $20 USD ticket which I guess I will use as my initial deposite on another site. It will either be PKR or 888poker. very unhappy with the way this was handled. best wishes to everyone at the tables. be cool
