Well that happens but you made a good fold .... low pocket pairs in multway pots
Those hands are playable when you can see teh flop cheap ---> and hope to hit a set
Even in a HU it could be playable versus a low stack when your on the BB , as you have to put less than 50 % of the pot to get more than 50% chances versus 2 overcards.

To call multi all ins with pocket 3's is very thin indeed. You only call with his type of hand when you are very very deep with a massive chip lead or you are short stacked and are being blinded out

Hmm for me in a mutiway pot I will go all the way for it. I'll be ready to stack off, you will still have outs to get the required best hand.
Folding is also a good option if you have the weaker sets, that is why it is not viable to play 33 from EP if you are not willing to stack off when you hit the set. Because most of the time the flop will contain higher cards than the 3, 4,5,A etc.
So better off not calling if you not stacking off!

You can never know what is gonna be dealt , so to be honest when i play tournaments on the start of the tour i can play this hand , but i often fold this have before the bubble and in it , maybe sometimes if someone go all in just for shove him.

I would have folded there also. I dont belong to that specific amount of people going and calling an all in, with whatever pocket pairs they hold, at any time of the game. If my stack was crashed, then yes

Ouch!!! YA dude.... That's how quads have a tendency to sneak right up behind you when you didn't expect it,....and let's face it... Who could have known....!!!????
I'd have folded the pair also,....seems to be the theme...more or less...
Saw a similar hand in a traininig video some time ago ( only in a cash game). The instructor was oop with 77...there was a raise, re raise, and shove ahead of him. He said the correct play is a fold here. Lo and behold he hit quads on the turn. This is what he said...although he would have won a monster pot...the correct play there was a fold and this hand was a perfect example of how not be results orientated...it's more important to know one made the correct play for the long term. You did exactly that...good on ya
