basically what we need is some mobster who has an active paypal account and would accept an extra $20 in it for exchange to $20 transfer to my stars account. anyone willing to do this? XBlindSoul- how long is this offer on?

So I revised the deal to $20 for bounties and $5.50 for TEN lucky mobsters who posts "BIG Thanks" to BRM and pochui for their amazing work throughout the year.
This offer is up to a day before the tournament starts

really impressed with the offer- now we only need someone who can help us out with the paypal-----> stars conversion and this hit the streets running
attention mobsters, if anyone has an active Paypal account and also has some cash in their stars account, this is what's needed: transfer $25.50 to my stars account, XBlindSoul will transfer back those $25.50 to your paypal account. everyone will be happy and Santa will even shave your balls for free
no worries for your money to be lost- if you don't receive money through Paypal for any reason, i will just transfer back your $25.50 to your stars account. so this is basically a no risk offer, just don't expect to make any money out of this- settle for another good job in what's left of 2013.

@djpremier - as admin said it once: have a go and see if anything blows up. yeah it's against the rules, but every rule has it's own exceptions- in this case you're doing this for the good of the community, so i guess it will be ok. if not there's no problem to sit out on a play money table and write your email in chat, or i will think of any other way...
so just transfer $25.50 to my stars account whenever you want and i will inform XBlindSoul and everyone else in this thread when i receive the cash. (will transfer them back in case you won't receive the paypal payment). thanks for the help in advance.

ok half of the deal done- djpremier has transferred $25.50 to my stars account and i have his paypal email. now all that's left is to pass over the e-mail to XBlindSoul privately.
so this is for XBlindSoul (don't dare to read anyone else) - head over to my temporary site: http://pochuiwashere.zohosites.com/ and leave me your e-mail in the contact form. if you don't want to show your real e-mail, you can use any temporary email with such sites like Mailinator. just drop me any message and i will respond to it when i find a spare minute. i will send you the e-mail to which you will have to transfer those $25.50. contact me on the form or on the forum here once you do the transfer.
hope this works- if you have any other suggestion i'm open to hear them.
