If you were playing this hand on stars than definately you should go all in with KQ because you'll definately win
The player with A3 has better chances of winning since he has 8 outs, the player with open straight draw has 6 outs since those two heart cards will give the A3 player nuts flush.

Well...... The KQd are slight favourites PRE flop and also slight favourite on the flop, but only just leading against the A hand with both close to 2 in 5 to win . The 78 hand is a underdog all the way through, though still has a 1 in 4 chance of winning

where did you get these numbers? Pokerstove gives 40.753% for Ah3h, 37.984% for KdQd and 21.262% for 7h8d on the flop ..

This shows that the rule of 4 and 2 is good enough for this example; Ah3h has 11 outs (8 hearts and 3 aces) = 44%, 7h8d has 6 outs (fives and tens, except the hearts) = 24%, leaving 32% for KdQd.
Note that, in this example, KdQd would be favorite on the flop, if he were heads up with Ah3h.

I would say that the nut flush draw has the best chance of winning this hand. He also has the ace which he could hit and win the hand. The best way to play this hand is to shove all in and try to win it there and then. You wont always get paid if the flush hits
