At the christmas time they have a lot of requests in my opinion, that can be the reason for the long waiting time. Ask the live support and send a id verification to the support, i´m sure they can help verry fast.

I think you normally wait about 10-20 days for your bonus to reach you. Dont forget that this is free money and you will receive it so you just have to be patient. I know it is frustrating waiting but good things come to those who wait
