Well it s not pleasant when the pokersite at which you play the most closes or moves to another network.
I played at fulltilt before black friday and had good results there and liked to play there. If I could I would return to it now but you can only play for playmoney there as it hass no license for Belgium.

Depend is the op likes to play on the other network than there is no need to move. Though in the long term you right the rake will eat him alive and if he gets a downswing than it might be over. Nevertheless if he is aiming to becomes good at poker you have to take every edge, so taking games in a rooms where there are less rake is better.

All these country's getting banned or not allowed to play on poker sites is getting annoying now. Everyone should be entitled to gamble if they wish so.
Finding the new Ladbrokes alright Doom. There seems to be a influx of new players so the low stakes speed poker table I have been on has been soft as hell. SNG's and MTT's probably are as well. Just tripled up in 30 mins already lol. Easy pickings.

Hi Doom, i wrote the explanation of the ladbroke/i-poker situation your in a few posts back in this thread(post 20). I urge u to read it so you can act quickly and get your bankroll out! As far as i know only Titanpoker sent a warning e-mail to their dutch clients, a few others(winnerpoker, william hill) did nothing, not even a warning on their site/pokersoftware. You pretty much had to find out on your own. I knew thanks to Titan and after that i searched and found more info on a dutch pokerforum. Act quickly, take care

No, i tried that with help of a manager, money is stuck untill the problem is solved he says.

So finally got my money yeah Dunno yet which pokersite i gonna play....
Anyway, coming Saterday i have a life tourney, not a biggy. Euro 25, something like 50 runners in the cafe nearby, been something like 2 years since i played my last life tourney so must be fun. If i bust fast there are some NL50 cashgames which are very fishy my friend says.

Damn, I missed this thread!
Looks like you're making a pretty rapid come back, Doom!
Good luck mate, I will be watching
------------ You ever play PKR these days? I play about once a month (literally), site has gone massively down hill since the old days!
Poker Stars seems to be one of the few truly viable options left IMHO. I tend to play once a month on stars and once a month on PKR (PKR still gives me the odd Diamond VIP reward, decent RB, etc, so worth hitting it up now & again)

Yeah live games are very fishy even the Nl 100 games, there are just too much people playing for fun and not much that are playing poker at the next level. Hope you enjoy yourself but I prefer to play zoom more hands , more tough spots than live where play can be slow. Good luck hope you win the tourney and crushed the cash games!

My live tourney went great, busted with AA against grrrrr.... just a uberdonk, but hey it was a she cudnt get upset, she went out shortly after me then hit the bar and guess wot, it was a nice girl, drunk some, and some more... (rest i dont tell )
Anyway after that played some cash games, was only NL10 But was fun, allins flew everywhere, did manage to make a little profit and lots of fun.
Ok, my online poker: Didnt deposit yet, i am probably doing Stars, intrested in the 45/90/180/360 SNG, looks extremely profitable, dunno hows stars with cashback, i had allways 50%+ , for sure Stars cant offer me that but have to start somewhere. Want a safe room with lots of traffic so guess Stars can be that one.

How big u gonna play? But iagree that those multitables are interesting to play ! For the rakeback gold was around 20% with the VIP... For sure somewhere on the internet there is the % for all levels..
Maybe I will also start to grind those still little bit searching for the games I like most and still make profits but I remember that there is lot of regs on 45..
