Contact the Support and live Support again, sometimes some employees don´t know what they do. Perhaps they need a id check or you must need a promo code for the 200% Bonus? But normally they can give you the bonus manually, when they have a good support team.

Like dacapo said you need to get in contact with them again. Try via email or phone if they have one. In most sites the deposit bonus gets credited automatically. Some other require for you to request it from support. Dont let this go. If you see it takes too long to get it shorted, just request a cash out and move on.
