Hi buddy, I had the same problem but in other poker site. First of all make sure that the e-mail that you tried to register has not used in the past again. After a good idea would be to unistall any old version of Winnerpoker you may have installed in your computer. Try clean all cookies from your broswer. Finaly if problem persists just go to a friend try create a new account from his PC and if all go o.k just go to you PC and log in

hi,
I opened an acount via brm also and got the 15 bonus but when i try to register for something i get a error msg saying. Gaming is disabled for player (11234327): DisabledGamingModule: type=DISABLE_GAMING been in contact with their costumer service they say you cant play beacuse you have not made a deposit yet.
I explained that ive got a no deposit bonus they said send us a copy of your error msg, i did .
Never heard from them again.
Explained this to BRM via email contact, they said same as winner send a print screen of the error msg, i did.
Havent heart nothing yet.
with this experience of that site and their costumer service i would not recommend anyone deposit on that site, if you have a problem you are on your own. they dont give a ****

Plexo, the only one that can help you in that case is the winner support, i remember someone had a similar problem.
The only problem is that you should up to couple of days until you;ll get an message from their support especially in this part of the year. Good luck!

I would just get in contact with the winner support people and report the problem you are experiencing. These support people are normally pretty good in helping people out in my experience. Good luck to you on resolving this problem and a Merry Christmas to one and all

it happens on every computer here in india (I hope) my friends and many others face that problem. clearing cookies even reinstalling a new OS didn't work. may be they took our network operator are the same ... we are in a same IP (most probably not). anyway just to let yu all mine is also not working ... bye bye winner ****** poker

Hm, i never had any Problems with the winnerpoker Software (ipoker netwotk) in the past, but perhaps it is impossible to download in some countries in the moment? Or delete all cookies and try to download again, but the best was is it to ask the winner support, they can give you the right answer for this problem.
