You are just priced in to call here. In a cash game it would be a call, but in a tourney it will ruin your day more often than not. Don't like your bet on the flop. 800 in a 2000 pot? This is asking for trouble.

I think the pot was 1600, so he bet 1/2 pot, which is fine IMO.
The call, is 2695 with the pot at 1600 + 800 + 3495 = 5895, giving just over 2:1 odds. You have 12 outs (9 spades + 3 fours), which is about 48% to win. So the call is about even money I'd say.
Given the low M (3.76) for MP2, his all-in looks like a bluff (He should probably have pushed AJ pre flop).
I tend to agree with how you played it, but folding would not have been terrible either.

At the flop the pot is actually 2050. So a bet of just 800 here is a bit low in my book, espacially multiway. Putting us in a tough place, if we got raised, like in the hand.

I think this is a must call. You played the hand perfectly correctly and you could do nothing else but call when this flop came down. You were just unlucky not to improve and there was nothing you could do about the hand post flop

Slightly +EV.
Well played,no need to bet any higher on the flop.
Also,as for the "MTT vs. cash game" debate, this situation can be calculated similar to a cashgame because we're still far,far away from a phase where ICm calculations would take place, this is still pure chip-EV
