well its an amzing thing i gues, I played on jan the 5th the 15k freeroll the Daily Challenge
at Poker Stars offcourse, and i was the only player on that table,and when that tourney started
i didn't saw 1 CARD !!!No players at the table,6$ chips and i didnt saw 1CARD OPEN !!!
Normaly you'll get an answer whitin a day but not this time,but i can wait & i'm courious what the failure
was,or if they admit that there was something not good. If you reconize this story and you had the same problem,please let me know !!!
A few months ago there was a simular freeroll,the players who was
sitting out,they got cards at that time,if they where online or not,but why would i sit out?
i tryed whit the button : print screen ,but as always if you have an issue or something else and you need help,then always things getting worse ,its just a dam shame that the button at the time didnt work
But again,if you or someone had the smae problem please send a reply,thnks

Never heard of this situation before, especially on pokerstars.

Since you already contacted their support they will investigate the situation for sure and i guess eventually you'll also got an answer from them.

Maybe other members will tell if something similar happend to them.

Saw the same thing happen on winner poker in the $1000 vip 9 players no cards for about 2 hrs 30 mins then admin sorted it out at least they got in the money without playing. But as macubaas said you expect that sort of thing from ipoker skins but not from sites like pokerstars or full tilt.

Maybe you could ask if they could give you some sort of compensation, always worth a go.

You should just contact customer support and they will surely reimburse you. It seems like it is a fault at their end and they will just have to check and they will soon see what went on. These customer support teams i have dealt with have always been pretty helpful

Lol i never heard about this problem before, but it was interesting what the stars support explain. It was a shootout freeroll and it was a dream to in this tourney without seeing only one Card Big Smile But perhaps they give you another ticket for a other shootout freeroll, send a screenshot and the stars support do the rest.

All platforms balancing their tables so no one can be left alone in a table Smile
Some times you even wait for more players in the table, even if there are like 3-4
Probably was some kind of bug there.
Have never seen or ever heard about something like that before.
